DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed a large order and each item stated ‘in stock’ on website with a delivery time of 2-3 days, only to find 5 days later via email after chasing that all the items were out of stock and would be dispatched once they received them from their supplier which they had no date for. I emailed numerous times and phoned several times requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund…… I have had no reply and company are not returning my calls. This has now been escalated to PayPal whom are also yet to receive any response from Harvey Bruce despite them claiming online they have refunded my order. When you phone they claim that the people in charge of the website sales are working from home so you can’t contact them via phone. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order.
