The survey was very thorough and I met Andrew immediately after his search of the property so that he could go through what he had found with me and highlight some of the main issues. I received the finished report within 2 working days, it was clear, easy to read and included images which is also making it very helpful with regards to getting quotes from builders. Andrew Jefferson conducted the survey. He was articulate and reassuring on the telephone prior to instructing him, making a good case for having a survey completed and that he provided cost estimates of repair to any defects found. That's very useful if you want to renegotiate with the vendor. He suggested that if we wanted to he was happy to meet us at the property towards the end of his survey so that he could show us physically what would be in the report. We found him just as engaging in person and his reassurance about the majority of the property comforting. There are things to be addressed too, but Andrew's matter-of-fact approach doesn't alarm and his clear knowledge of all things construction and decorating related is even more enlightening face to face than just reading the comprehensive document we subsequently received summarising all the points. I'd strongly recommend using Andrew, and if you do, taking up the offer to meet with him when he is finishing off his survey.

Homezone Surveyors carried out a property survey at short notice. The work was performed very thoroughly, with all the problems identified explained clearly to me in person and detailed in the survey report. A very efficient service and good value for money.
