I am a personal trainer based in Folkestone, and I work within a 15 mile radius. I work with all types of clients of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. I tailor programmes to suit individuals' needs and expectations. I work with clients both in person and online. I offer one-to-one training, paired sessions and group sessions. Block bookings include an initial health and lifestyle assessment, goal setting and regular check ups to compliment your training sessions. Block booked sessions are offered at a reduced rate and are recommended if you are serious about meeting your fitness goals.

I run a number of online classes via Zoom. Classes include Monday night HIIT at 6pm, and early morning abs, dawn dumbbells and scrambled leggs- all of which are 7am for 30 minutes. I also run an online kettlebell class on Wednesday mornings. Please get in touch for more info on these.

I can offer corporate fitness packages to employers that are interested in improving the health and wellbeing of their staff. I am happy to tailor packages to suit your employees, including email updates, healthy living talks and group sessions.
