In Ex Fixtures

Response : As the Facilities/ H& S Manager of many historical buildings,. R Jones isunprofessional,manuplative,indecisive and abusing his authorityOn our initial site visit he immediately promised In-Ex Fixtures his project as the other 2 tradesmen whom attended did not even have a tape measure. Although the Electrical works was an additional work, we under-took this. The Electrical work has been inspected and a Certification is on it's way to Mr Jones, he is aware of this. Upon completion of the works, Mr Jones praised our workmanship, had photographers round and even offered to give us a reference. He raised an issue about the roof, this was clarified with the tradesman and his only other concerns were a leak and his certification. After these were attended to, it led from one thing to another. This attitude by Mr Jones has continued after completion for past 2 Months. He has respected and welcomed our customer sevice and communication aspects of our business.Mr Jones has threatened our Business to give a negative feedback, should we not tolerate his behaviour. Is this not blackmail?.enirWe do intend on bringing this matter to Mr Jone's Seniors.Please note I am happy with the work on a whole, there are just a few items that need addressing and it would be nice to see these done please, I am just a little frustrated when I was told the work would be completed yet this seems to be going on,many thanksMichael A Jones can you please ask Senior how much it will cost to fit 4 full "length" doors on these toilets, I have noticed leaves etc getting blown in and so I want to change these doors because these are not suitable, I want the same style but full length. It would be nice if you could arrange this ASAP.many thanksMichael A Jones Mr Jones was told from the offset, the half length doors which he requested was against building regs, however he insisted this were what he wanted, then realised they were unsuitable.In-Ex Fixtures I dont like complaining and I welcome the fact you have responded, thank you. I am happy to give you the opportunity for the doors and the push taps, I dont really want to have to mess around finding someone else, can you though please get me a quote for this week because I am keen to have these done soon.
