Jeff is a punctual, hard working and extremely professional technician. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a problem that I have endured (and spent a fortune) trying to resolve over the past ten years. He is courteous, helpful and a superb communicator. I cannot recommend him too highly.

I was seriously impressed by Jeffs meticulous and professional approach to the job in hand. Replaced a leaking Immersion heater in our hot water cylinder with ease. This was a job that other plumbers had refused to take on in case the tank split. Patience and experience got the job done, well done Jeff.

The work was to replace 4 sets of taps in bathrooms. The selection of taps covered all the bases. The quote was lower than expected and the work completed in one visit and within a week of accepting the quote. The work was outstanding and the taps improve the look tremendously. Due to problems encountered in the 1st bathroom a fee increase was proposed by myself and swiftly but politely refused. I am delighted by the work and will use IAT again without doubt, they are my preferred plumber of choice.

We can’t recommend Jeff highly enough. He came to fit pipework and a new pump for our shower at the same time as we were having our bathrooms fitted by another installer. Not only did he work around the other fitters but he came out several times as the work had to be done in stages. His work was of the highest quality and when we received the invoice we couldn’t quite believe how reasonable it was. Excellent value of money. Thank you so much Jeff.

Really please with Jeff’s work installing blinds in our new property in Bicester. Communication and organisational were fantastic (including Jeff accommodating delivery of the blinds) and really pleased with the installation quality. Totally recommend and won’t hesitate to use again!

Required a new shower due to replacement boiler, Jeff from IAT came and gave me some great advice and researched the type of shower for me, fitting was excellent and great value for money. Will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends and using him again if required.

Jeff was brilliant - from first inquiry he was able to offer suggestions and preplan the work via emails promptly. On the day he was efficient with a resulting very good standard of work (fitting new stop cock and kitchen plumping), being sure to clearly explain the approach to me as well as consider ease of install for other kitchen elements. We had a major pipe burst which flooded our Kitchen. Jeff arrived within an hour and did a temporary repair and returned a few days later with the replacement part. We had never used IAT before but we will always use them in future. Very friendly, professional and very fair prices.

Jeff came to our rescue after having woken up one morning to find water running down the walls and through the light fitting. The water tank in the loft had sprung a leak. Jeff had to replace the original tank with 2 new tanks and was working in the most confined of spaces. His work was very efficient and tidy and he was very pleasant, helpful and polite.

Jeff has done two brilliant jobs for us recently (I think this the first review I have ever given anyone). Jeff helped design, order and instal a complete cloakroom with a new outside electric switch for water, new toilet enclosure matched against the walls , new cupboards, new shower units and shower electric systems, and all waste plumbing). Jeff is so very professional, great customer interaction, gave excellent service, helps look for best pricing, and even helped us design our cloakroom with great advice and guidance. I was amazed at how tidy his work is - even his van is well organised - not the usual dusty dirty vans you see as typified from so many tradespeople - I think it just shows how he approaches his work and life - very professional does a great job at a fair price - I will only use Jeff for plumbing if he is available - I think he will be so overbooked soon it will be difficult to get him to help.

Classic nail in the pipe comedy moment. Called IAT and Jeff came within 30 mins and dealt the repair quickly and competently and was excellent value for the urgent time and attention he gave.
