I placed an order on the 27th March, received a return email and order number, the payment taken but still have no delivery date or acknowledgement of an order. I have tried numerous attempts to contact them by email, phone leaving messages and nothing. Will be contacting my credit card company to recover my money.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The web site takes your money and nothing … You can't get in touch with them and you'll never see your products.

Like others - ordered and paid for insulation but never delivered. They ignore all communication - email / voicemails / Facebook messages etc… So impossible to find out what's going on. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 5 sheets and waited over 3 weeks and received no products, I am now in the process of a small claims to recover my money, trades must be aware of this companies lack of customer care, support or service.

I was held up with my project by an apparent national shortage of insulated plasterboard, with none available locally. I shopped around online and am immensely grateful to Pawel at Insulation Cart who got all I needed to my Scottish Highland home. Potential transport hassle appeared no problem. The materials arrived quickly. The liaison with Pawel @ Insulation Cart and with the courier was excellent, and advantage appears not to have been taken of the shortage to bump up price. On hearing my address, I might have heard none was available. I appreciate the good service.

In Summary: Excellent Service, Very Happy - Would buy from again. I needed a UK supplier that could deliver in France as it was difficult to buy PIR insulation (Extratherm) in France. Insulation Cart where able to deliver in France and able to offer a very good price, however to match the price I was asked to pay by bank transfer. I was concerned to pay £2k+ by bank transfer and what would happen if the goods where damaged on delivery, so I researched the company and found plenty of references but only 1 or 2 customer reviews. Ongoing ahead and transferring the money, comms with Insulation Cart where excellent, asking about the best delivery dates etc. They kept me fully informed at all times and delivered very quickly (from order to delivery in France near Paris) in less than 1 week. The only minor negative point was the fact that the delivery arrived in the morning rather than the arranged afternoon, this was the fault of the delivery contractor rather than Insulation Cart. On the morning that the delivery happened Insulation Cart called to let me know the delivery had arrived early and apologised for any inconvenience caused. The delivery was well wrapped / protected, with no damage at all to 40 sheets of insulation and 40 sheets of plasterboard. Had huge trouble finding a supplier of small numbers of XPS yelofoam or styrofoam boards. Insulation Cart were happy to provide small numbers, and did not add huge delivery costs (unlike everyone else I tried). They then gave an excellent service, checking what I required at all stages, including delivery. On the basis of my own experience I can strongly recommend them.
