AWS - Approved Workshop SchemeJB Caravan and Trailer Services are a small, friendly family run mobile caravan service and repair business based in Burntwood, Staffordshire. We offer a fully mobile service within a 30 mile radius of Burntwood, covering all local towns and villages.
We were established in 2011 after completing our training with the MCEA (mobile caravan engineers association) but have since gone on to train with other appliance manufacturers within the industry and be members of the Approved Workshop Scheme meaning we can service and repair new caravans/motorhomes that are still under warranty. We have just won the award for Mobile Workshop of the Year for 2021 based on compliance to the scheme and customer feedback, amongst other criteria.
As well as caravan servicing and repairs we also offer habitation services/repairs on motorhomes and horse lorries plus repairs and servicing to trailers and horseboxes. We are a local authorised applicator for Speedcoat shower tray repairs.
JB caravans are gas safe registered and can offer gas testing and certification on leisure vehicles used for hire and reward.

Hi, Jamie has serviced our caravan this year, He was very professional in his manner and took the time to explain everything he was doing, He also informed me that the locking nuts on our van was not original nuts and could of voided our insurance had we had an accident. He put correct ones on at a very nominal cost, every detail was logged, and all the work done documented for me. No rush job either.
