I contacted Jellyfish Window Cleaning for a one of clean for my exterior windows and doors, it took a while and me chasing him up before I got an accurate quote and when I got the quote I didnt quite understand it so I phoned the mobile phone number at the bottom of the quote page for a female to answer this time, what I had asked for is something they do not do! , they do not do one off cleans which is what I asked a quote for via FreeIndex, I am now relooking for someone to do a one off clean as I would not like to sign into a contract untill I know I am happy with the work that the company can provide. No work has been carried out so I cant say about there value for money or quality but service has been very poor and a complete waste of time.
Response : We do not do one off cleans & was told this before I quoted. We have other customers on a regular cleans & new ones to quote, so as with any business we can't just drop everything for one person.

I Called These Guys So They Could Quote Me, Well After 3 Calls They Still Did Not Turn Up, I Am A Old Chap And Im A Little House Bound So Its Not As If I Was Out. All In All I Think They Need To Keep To There Promises And Turn Up When They Say They Would.
Response : Are you sure you have the correct people as we will gladly call to quote for you. We haven't had 3 phone calls from anyone about the same job to price. All our new quote we're completed last week before we went on holiday & we have new ones to quote when we return.
