What an amazing organisation that gets the job done, Harvey in the sales department goes above and beyond to ensure that we receive a 5-star service, highly recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable fast, and efficient service. Constant updates on how the leaflet run is going, so you can trust that the job will be delivered successfully Love Teeth Dental.
Harvey and John from JogPost are absolutely INCREDIBLE! Their prices are fantastic and the service gives absolute value for money. We have used them numerous times for door drops in London, Brighton, Bristol and Birmingham. They keep us posted throughout and treat us like VIP. Keep up the good work guys!
Harvey and the team at JogPost are simply the BEST. Their communication and service is exceptional. Yes, there is a very slight premium charge for what they do but you know your drops are carried out to the letter and none are missed. The results we've had from their hard work and dedicated team are unmatched by any other company we've dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team to any business looking for five star service combined with demonstrable results; using any other business is throwing money into the wind… Your campaigns are in safe hands with JogPost! - Jenn Irvine, Horton and Garton Estate Agency, Hammersmith.
Fantastic services. Harvey, John, Martin and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and professional. If you are looking to promote anything this company should come to mind. Competitive prices, open mindedness and dedicated employees will definitely help you along the way.
I run the operations at a product marketing company. JogPost has helped us launch various different products. Leaflets seem to work really well for some products and not so well for others. One thing I do know is JogPost always deliver. I've been out with the jog crew and it is excellent.
I used Jogpost for two years, the first year I got a response rate above 1/1000 leaflets and the company seemed good. In the second year however they were in meltdown, they constantly lost emails and my response rate fell to below half that of the previous year despite being a very similar campaign. I also asked my many students to tell me if they received a leaflet and when they got it. Only 20% of students got a leaflet, I didn't get one myself and neither did any of my neighbours. Some fairly large areas had zero response rate. When I asked JogPost to give me a list of the addresses that their supervisors checked they declined. If you want to get your leaflets distributed look elsewhere.
Harvey. Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service from Jog Post. From the initial contact to the ride along that I had yesterday with Grant the whole process has been refreshingly straight forward. Having the ride along and seeing how the operation is run by the supervisors has given me the confidence that the leaflets were actually being delivered, and in large quantities in one day which was very impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services and I will certainly be using Jog Post on a regular basis from now on. Kind Regards.
A HORRENDOUS experience from start to finish. First we had to chase up on our initial enquiries in order to actually give them our business (as they frequently did not respond to emails), then we had to contend with the fact that they breached the contract by not providing the service they claimed they would AT ALL, before finally having to endure one of the owners (Henry Buckley) mocking us via condescending e-mails in which he bragged about his wealth and importance. It was a painful way to lose £600. This is honestly not a viable marketing option - we lost all our money and there was a flagrant breach of contract which was defended with rude, flippant defiance by the childish and self-important owner. This company is very poorly run and all those we encountered, from the owner to the staff he employs, worked to an unacceptably low standard. We engaged JogPost to carry out what they promised was a face-to-face B2B distribution in which they entered business premises and personally handed flyers over to the staff in the businesses therein. The price to deliver (a not-guaranteed but predicted) 5000 flyers in this manner, was largely equal to the price for a letterbox distribution for a guaranteed 10,000 flyers. The reason for this higher rate was the special nature of this B2B service and all the extra time required negotiating with gate-keepers etc. This service was just what we thought we needed… but what evidence do we have that this is what they did? Exactly ZERO. In fact, all the evidence suggests they did otherwise. From the 6000 flyers we gave them, we had just TWO enquiries. (They blabber on about enquiries not being guaranteed but this is WAY below the response rate we get when we do our own distributions of around 1000 flyers at a time). And these two enquiries… were they from this special hand-to-hand B2B service? No. One was from a flyer pushed into a business letterbox and the other was from a letterbox on a residential street. So the only evidence that they even did anything points to them doing things they were not employed to do. Not only have they breached the contract, but they have also neatly (and some might say fraudulently), charged us double the normal rate for a letterbox distribution, given that they appear to have carried out a blanket letterbox distribution and charged the same price for half the number of flyers. They also ignored our request to return any undelivered flyers, took a long time to reply to emails (often not replying until they were chased up) and sent unprofessional responses, the likes of which I have never seen before from an established business. These replies from the owner (Henry Buckley), are staggeringly unprofessional and incredibly rude. Jogpost may seek to post some sort of ‘proof’ to imply we are somehow a competitor or falsely posting this in order to affect their business (their normal response to negative reviews online it seems), but this is not the case. We are a small business who feel completely cheated by these mavericks. We have all the emails to prove what we are saying and will be making them publicly available. We also have evidence and witnesses to the fact that this distribution was not carried out as per the contract. As such, we will be taking them to small claims court. Despite this we have been told by the owner ‘Trust me, it wont get that far’ and ‘I look forward to meeting you’ …both of which we feel have threatening undertones, and as such are of some concern. It appears that there are many reasons for the multitude of negative reviews of this company online. Having now had first-hand experience of this abominable ‘service’ and the ensuing abuse from the owners, we strongly recommend that you avoid JogPost.*UPDATE* The response below from JogPost is nothing short of a pack of lies. We have copious amounts of evidence to prove what has happened and will be supplying it to the court. Further research has revealed a great many disgruntled customers and ex-employees (search Google & Facebook for JogPost), so it seems that the evidence online supports our comments. Because what we say is the TRUTH, something that Henry Buckley of JogPost clearly struggles with. This is truly the worst B2B experience we have ever had.Moreexpand_more
Guys I am very disappointed with the events of today. I spent a long time speaking with Harvey on the phone this afternoon and via email previously. He was trying to match a competitors price, he did say he couldn't go down to the competitors price however agreed a slightly higher price with me as a prior customer who hasn't used you for a year due to the cost. This was to try to win me back as an ongoing customer. Initially it sounded like he had to check first, then it seemed the price was accepted for the one delivery, with him stating he will see about an ongoing discount for future distribution. We left the conversation at the point of him saying he just needed a couple of hours to get the maps over and do what he needs to do his end. I spent the next hour getting access to my leaflets as I would personally be bringing them to you, and put them by the front door so I could do it the next day. I was then disappointed to receive a call saying one of the owners of the company has said he cannot do the price Harvey agreed on the phone with me, however agreed a cost which was 10% more than I was told. I was given an explanation and also asked to speak with someone from Virgin who could tell me about their experience with the particular competitor who had quoted me less. I was then asked if I could meet him halfway meaning paying 5% more than we had agreed, after a short discussion around the reasons why they couldn't go down to that price, already unhappy about it I however agreed. We discussed me delivering the leaflets, how payments would be made and even the ride along I'd be going on. Not 20 minutes later (and I feel for Harvey) he had to call me back saying the owner would not go to that price either and was sticking at the 10% more than originally quoted. Now I have a load of boxes by my door which are going nowhere for the time being and I have to relocate to the loft. Harvey was very friendly and knowledgable, however this is not a way to get back a client using your services. We had discussed it would be a one off discount and sadly the person at the top has retracted it within a few hours. Sorry guys, I know your actual delivery services are really good but for me on this occasion I am most unhappy with what has gone on. It's not a practice I allow in my business personally, we agree our costs and that's what the client pays. This is a strange practice to say the least.Moreexpand_more
I have used JogPost for a number of my clients over a few of years now. The team are helpful, reliable and more importantly get results. I don't have any hesitation in recommending these guys for door-to-door distribution. In my mind there isn't a company that even comes close to offering a service like they do.
I contacted Jog post to boost customers in specifically targeted locations. Our industry is arboriculture and the jog post team were very helpful in advising where to distribute my leaflets. In a few weeks we had almost doubled our client base in targeted areas. Not only did jog post advise on catchment areas, at the time they offered to revamp, design and print the leaflets to ensure the best possible ratio of potential customers to the advertising budget allocated within my company. The service was professional, productive and was worthwhile the expenditure of delivering leaflets. Parsons Tree Care has been trading for 4 years and Jog post has been integral in expanding the client portfolio within central London and affluent suburbs. See www. Parsonstreecare. Uk for more info.
I am extremely happy I choose Jogpost as my distributors. I found their price to be very reasonable, their customer service was impeccable and their printing was of a very high standard. All in all I would completely recommend them to any new businesses looking for the best value, I have also recommended to friends and I'm sure I'll be using their services again. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!
As an estate agent we constantly have to deliver leaflets within a large area. Over the years we've instructed many cheaper distributers only to be left constantly dissapointed with the services provided. After contacting Jogpost I was intially impressed with the enthusiam and professionalism displayed by Harvey. After agreeing to instruct jogpost I was a little concerned at how quickly Harveys professionalism started to disappear as he was rarely available to take my calls and often wouldnt return my messages. Anyway we went ahead and the day of delivery we recieved some calls on the back of reveiving the leaflet, this then installed some confidence that Jogpost were as getting on with the job in hand and I felt satisfied we had instructed the right company. However being an estate agent in the area I was fortunate to be able to check some homes to make sure the leaflet had been delivered properly. Unfortunately 60% of the homes I checked hadnt had a delivery. Later I had the opportunity to talk further with Henry who was concerned and offered to put things right. Since then Jogpost have completed a free delivery of a specified area within our location successfully. So overall not a perfect service but Jogpost done their best to put things right, which is more than we've ever received from any other distribution company.Moreexpand_more
I had a very short notice job in the lead up to Christmas. I called up JogPost and spoke to Urszula Niedzwiedz who was just incredible. She gave me simple, straight forward information and helped me organize everything without a fuss. I am very happy with the service and I would definitely use Jogpost again.
I used Jogpost about 6 months ago and only got to review them now. As I have been fairly new to leafleting I thought I would give them a go! As a tradesman I wanted to target a specific area for security grilles-I purposely booked myself in a job in the same area that the leaflets were being delivered in the assumption that one would fall on the matt whilst I was working. This did not happen but I was not too concerned (They could have easily missed it out and the road was on the boarder of the post code I was targeting too! ). After paying the full amount and awaiting at least one phone call I recieved a grand total of………. Zero! I have since had my doubts whether any work was done at all despite the report of all the roads that the leaflets wer apparently delivered to (which included the road that I was working in). Overall to say I was left short changed would be an understatement!
Im really happy with Jogpost Sevice! Sam and Urszula was really helpful! Urszula organised everything for me and after the distribution I got lots of phone calls and its not over yet! Im really pleased and I keep using you guys! Also I recommended to my sister who will use you as well! Thanks again, ml, Marta x.
