What a difference to deal with a company who know what they are doing and give genuine advice. My 94 year old mother was let down by her local wig store who sold her 2 wrong colour, wrong size wigs after her usual was discontinued. She will never wear them and was very distressed by the whole experience. One phone call with Stuart at Joseph’s explaining the problem and telling him her old wig name which he instantly recognised and within 3 days she had 2 wigs to choose from delivered to her door. Loved one so has ordered 2 more. Thank you.

Thank you Josephs Wigs, I ordered the Diamond wig from the Gem collection on Monday and received it on Wednesday, such a speedy, prompt service, the wig is fabulous and such good value, its completely unstyled, an added bonus as I can have my stylist cut in a heavy fringe just the way I like it, I will definitely order the Diamond again from you.

Claire at Joseph wigs was really helpful, understood what I was looking for and this was the first wig she picked out for me. So far, my wig has fooled everyone from moment I started using it. My friends never knew until I told them - and some still don't, and even my husband didn't realise the first time I wore it. Nurses regularly ask me if I'd like the cold cap at Chemo and for the first two months consultants would look at me quizzically and ask if I'd experienced any hair loss yet. The quality and colour of the wig are so realistic, I would recommend a wig to everyone having chemo, it gives you loads of confidence and makes you feel ready to start the day. My wig is from the Gisela Mayer exquisite collection.

Cannot fault the service or the quality of the wig I purchased. I phoned them on Sunday with a few questions I had. They were very helpful. Then placed my order. I received my wig that week. I was kept informed all along by email which is very important. Their prices are very good and I couldn't find a better range of wigs. At a time when you feel most vulnerable, physically, and you know you are going to loose all of your hair, it is more than comforting to have someone like Claire who understands and offers you so many alternatives and suggestions for a wig. I had a consultation with Clare who is lovely and puts you at ease straight away, she is warm and understanding and very professional. She knew exactly what I wanted very quickly and I bought a great human hair wig and some headwear as well. I just wanted to thank you and Claire for a fantastic service this morning. I love my new hair and I even managed to find a really nice hairdresser to trim the frings! I am just so pleased with it. I feel so confident and at ease with myself. Claire was really patient and helped me try on lots of different styles and is a lovely support. I have purchased 3 wigs from Josephs and have been very happy. Being a cancer patient and losing my hair, I needed a company with experience, and I definitely got this here. Claire and Stuart are very friendly and made me feel comfortable when I visited the shop. I live about an hour and a half away and would have no hesitation in making the journey again, although after the initial fitting Claire had all my details on file and I have since purchased anopther wig using their online mail order service which is excellent I ordered and received the very next day. They have all styles for all ages from high fashion through to the more mature styles so there is a wig to suit everyone. I am now looking at another wig and think I will treat myself again, I thoroughly reccomend a visit to Josephs Wigs you wont be disappointed.
