We recently used JP Executive Lettings and Sales to sell two properties and would highly recommend. Considering that selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do, Jamie made the whole process a lot easier! He's really knowledgable and reliable and always turned up early for viewings. He's very personable and I'm sure put potential buyers at ease when they viewed our properties - but without being pushy. He worked hard to ensure we got offers for what our properties were worth and also following through to successful sales. We were also very impressed with the quality of the photos and videos taken of the properties which appeared on his website and Rightmove (which is essential to any house sale). Estate agents can be very expensive but Jamie achieved all of this at very reasonable rates. The next time we move we will definitely use JP Executive again!

JP Executive Lettings sold a flat in Hayes Apartments. Jamie vetted potential buyers and advised our son about presenting the flat. The sale took longer than expected due to buyers offering and then pulling out - (it was just after the 'Brexit' vote). Any communication we sent was replied to very quickly and we felt we were kept 'in the loop'. Jamie kept a good balance between supporting us (the vendors) and encouraging the buyer.
