Paid deposit and cancelled day after, have taken to court and now have a CCJ against this company but still not got my deposit back. DO NOT give this company any money because you won’t get it back. The salesman might tell you that all of the negative reviews on here are fake, but I can assure you this review is 100% genuine. Check this company out on companies house website, there’s an active proposal for the company to be struck off and the accounts are overdue! Please go to another company if you want double glazing and save yourself losing money from these con artists.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! This company shouldn't be in business and I don't think they will be for much longer. Our neighbour is a salesman for this company and offered to come and give us a price for 3 upvc doors and 3 windows on our porch to be replaced. Price seemed reasonable at the time but I stupidly should've got a second quote before bank transferring the £1631 deposit as the exact same windows and doors from a reputable company were quoted at £4800 instead of the £8160 quoted by Just Glass. I cancelled the order with the salesman on 30. 09. 22 within the 7 days cancellation period mentioned in their T&C's but because they only received the email on 01. 10. 22, they are now refusing to refund the deposit. I have logged this with citizens advice and trading standards as the minimum cancellation period by law is 14 days. If I have to go to small claims court to get my deposit back then so be it, I will not let this lie. The customer service team are rude, unhelpful and refuse to give their names when asked.Moreexpand_more
