What a fantastic team! I contacted Chris in regards to a non working boiler and he agreed to come along to the house and have a look. He did an assessment and gave me advice and options of what may work best there and then before following up with a choice of quotes depending on the boiler spec I chose. I also decided to have the boiler moved to the roof space to give more room. Chris talked through the regulations for having this done so there were no nasty surprises. I decided to go ahead and was able to book an install for a week later! During that week my parents had been so impressed with the service I had already received that they asked if Chris could come and look around their own property which was currently on a 15+ year old gravity fed water tank based boiler system as they wanted to look getting a combi and again potentially putting it in the roof space. Again Chris arrives on time did an assessment and sent through the relevant information and my parents also decided to go ahead and their install was planned for the day after the other property! Install one: Chris and Matt turned up early to the first install to do the combi for combi swap. They were both very pleasant and seemed very happy in their work which they executed swiftly. The day went without a hitch and the new boiler and wireless thermostat work fantastically. They were also able to plumb in a new gas cooker for me as well! Honestly couldn’t fault either of them or the work they completed. 5?. Install two: the very next morning again Chris and Matt arrived early for their install and brought another colleague of theirs Jack with them since this was a much bigger job to complete. Again they were all very efficient with the removal of the old system and have filled holes and left the wall where the old boiler was ready for painting. They swept up after themselves and had protective covering over all the floors anyway which really did put my parents mind at rest. Another colleague (who I can’t remember the name of) turned up later in the afternoon to help them finish up and also install a new mixer tap in the bathroom before they all headed off to another job (:O) but not before Chris had done us a talk through of both new systems including how the thermostat works and where everything was now located and how to change things if we needed to. Myself and my parents really could not fault Kassgass at all and we are already planning on having them to service both new systems annually and if we ever need a boiler installing anywhere else these will defiantly be the guys we call!
