If your land has development potential, we’ll pay the solicitors, architects, and planning application fees.
So as not to waste your time, we’ll only go ahead if we feel your land has at least a 70% chance of planning success.
If planning is successful, we’ll purchase your land for its new open market value (less a pre-agreed fee). If planning fails, you lose nothing.
