Kinesiology for Health

Sarah has helped me through the trauma of the past year. I had been under a lot of personal stress and this culminated with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Sarah used kinesiology to determine which vitamins and minerals I may be lacking as well as giving me a liver support. The kinesiology also helped with my adrenals, which were working overtime. She also used her extensive spiritual counselling skills to guide me through this scary and challenging time. After a session with Sarah I felt renewed and able to face the world from a position of power. I was amazed at the versatility of kinesiology. Sarah's professionalism together with her friendly approachable manner made each session enjoyable and successful.

I went to see Sarah, on the recommendation of a friend, when I was suffering from an upset stomach that wouldn't get better despite several trips to the doctor. Sarah quickly diagnosed what was wrong and recommended some nutritional supplements plus a change in diet, which cured me of my stomach upset and left me feeling much healthier and more energetic. She has also identified foods that I was intolerant too and since (mostly) eliminating them from my diet I feel very much healthier. I used to suffer from migraines regularly but, since changing my diet, they have become a lot less frequent and less severe. Sarah really cares about her clients and will do her utmost to help them live happier and healthier lives. I would definitely recommend her! .
