We are experts in the following super-structure projects; new builds, extensions, loft conversions, load-bearing wall removals, chimney breast supports/removals and more. We can carry out site investigation surveys and reports for issues such as; cracking of walls, excessive sagging or deflection of beams; local or global failure of structures and many more. All our designs are compliant with UK Building Regulations - Part A - Structure and NHBC standards.

We have experience in delivering the following types of sub-structure projects; shallow foundation designs (such as footings and pads), deep foundation design (such as piles) and a wide range of retaining wall systems. We work closely with local building offices and Geologists to determine the properties of existing soils for use in design.
