Powers of attorney (including for purchase or sale of property, for marriage or divorce).
Affidavits and declarations (including Statutory Declarations and Biographical Affidavits).
New York bar applications.
Copy passports and passport applications.
Certification of birth, adoption, death, civil partnership and marriage certificates.
Consents for children to travel abroad? .

Corporate clients:

Drafting of powers of attorney, minutes and resolutions (including litigation and setting up branches overseas).
Affidavits and declarations.
Certification of company documents (such as certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and financial statements).
Trademark assignments (including extracts from the European Trademark Institute and powers of attorney).
Certification of practising certificates and degree certificates.

If your document is not on the list, do not worry as we have in all likelihood dealt with it before.

What we need from you:

As notaries, we are required by our professional regulatory body to keep accurate records and to identify our client. Please do not be surprised when we ask you for proof of identity and proof of address.

If you require documents such as powers of attorney, affidavits or declarations, it helps (and it is cheaper) if you have a draft provided to you by your lawyer or notary from the foreign jurisdiction it is intended for. If you don’t have this, we can draft it to your specifications.

How much does it cost?

It does not have to cost the earth! Our promise to you is to give you a straightforward estimate of all our fees, letting you know where you can save money.

Our fees are payable by bank transfer, cash, debit or credit card (sorry, no American Express, Diners or Western Union payments) and we will always issue you with an invoice. If your company is located overseas, please let us know as you may be exempt from VAT. Simply let us have your local tax number before we prepare your invoice.
