Cannot thank Lillee and the team enough for all of their help and efforts today! I arrived at the Trudoxhill showroom at 11am on the off-chance of getting a rise and recliner chair for my (89 year old) grandad who hurt his hip a few days ago and has been struggling to sit down and stand since. Lillee managed to find a chair which was the right size for him based purely on my description (which saved us having to get him to the showroom as mobility is obviously an issue) and even worked with colleagues at the Shepton and Warminster showrooms to find my preferred chair in the desired colour! As if this wasn’t enough, she then arranged for the chair to be delivered to his nursing home in Keynsham this afternoon! Within 4 hours of walking in to her showroom, his new chair had arrived, was set up in his room, the controls were explained and he was sat in it as comfy as can be! Absolutely fantastic service from all involved and cannot thank you all enough! Definitely know where to go should he need any other mobility aids in the future ? Thank you again Lillee and team xx.

I have been to Life and Mobility Solutions in Trudoxhill twice. The first time they gave me excellent advice on a mobility scooter which I did not buy because my mother did not agree, they even offered to deliver the next day. Last week I asked if I could rent a wheel chair for the weekend - they immediately agreed and did not charge! I am extremely impressed and will be using their services again.

Beautiful showroom in the country - easy parking - excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff. I am very pleased with the stairlift that we purchased for my mother, it has made her life so much easier. Thank you.

Exceptional service received from Life and Mobility Solutions Ltd, Mark arranged for the chair manufacturer to provide a demo of the chair and to ensure the chair was the right size. He helped with the colour selection and made sure the manufacturer could meet the timescales required. Mark very kindly delivered the chair personally. From the first enquiry we made we were met with courtesy and consideration, there was no push to buy and enquiries were responded to promptly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We had a stairlift fitted from Life and Mobility and it was done very quickly, nothing was too much trouble. We have also used them since for a riser chair which they delivered within a couple of days and took our old one away. Happy to recommend them.
