Lomondside Caravan Breakers

Very disappointed with the service received from Lomondside Caravan Repairs. Contacted Campbell in August to repair a leaking skylight on my transit campervan which they re-sealed. One week later noticed that water was still coming in through the skylight contacted Campbell and he told me to bring it in and he re-sealed it. On September the skylight was leaking water again, I attempted to phone and text to be met with a response of ‘I’ll get you booked in and have a look at it’ to which I tried to following up with a date to book it in and got no reply. I contacted them again to see if they would be able to book me in and if not receive a partial refund as I would have to seek for the repair to be carried out elsewhere for the work which Lomondside Caravan repair were paid to carry out. 2 months later and I have been met with no response or desire to rectify the issue or provide a refund. Very disappointing from a local business and will be raising this complaint further.

I had a few problems with my caravan that I could not fix. I Phoned Lomondside to scrap the van. Lomondside said he would look at it for me and came to the storage and fixed everything for me. Caravan is as good as new and all for under £100. I would highly recommend this very knowledgable friendly company. Mrs Barbara Elder.

When I was in need to fix up my old caravan due to a life saver Lomondside had the parts I needed to finsh it off. There very friendly and good service thanks guys x.
