I’ve used a lot of locksmith but this guy is by far the rudest, worst locksmith I’ve ever dealt with.

Called Lynx for a garage door that locked itself shut. They arrived in 40 minutes exactly as they said on a Saturday afternoon. Fixed the garage door in an hour as it was badly corroded (I helped a little so saw the corrosion). After, we asked them if they had time to look at the front door and patio door (patio we'd never had a key for). Both fixed quickly, with a great sense of humour and a 'no problem' attitude. After 40 years as General Manager of upmarket hotels, I found Lynx to be a real breath of fresh air in this day and age. I'll recommend them to friends, family and neighbours, not something I do lightly. Thank you, thank you very much! Great price too I might add.

Graham arrived on short notice to open a safe which was ancient and which had no key. The work was done efficiently, expeditiously and in a professional manner at a most. Reasonable price. I might add that Graham is personable and most helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending him very highly.

I locked myself out my house and Graham arrived within 5 minutes to get me back in. He is very experienced and knowable and I will defiantly be recommending him.

Literally an amazing service! Called up as I had locked my keys inside my car with the engine running! My daughter got locked in her new flat! She had a problem with the water in her bathroom and we went round to help but could not get in. The key would not turn in the lock. We phoned Lynx Locksmiths and explained the situation. They said they would come round immediately as I explained my daughter was getting quite upset. They arrived so quickly and were great. They gave us a lesson on the lock which was so useful. The problem was caused by us not understanding how the lock worked! However they were really helpful and pleasant and although we felt a little silly they could not have been nicer even though it was late in the evening. Could not ask for better service. Key broke in the door this morning. Graham came round at a convenient time for me within the hour. He changed the lock and secured the door. Needed some additional carpentry work so he came back later with a colleague. The job was a more time consuming that first thought, due to my door being old. They ensured was all working smoothly before they departed and that no mess was left. Very good value for money, will definitely use Graham again.

Professional and helpful, speedy service and reasonable price would definitely recommend.

I have used Mr Thomas 3 times in the last year. He goes out of his way to sort things out for you even in the most difficult of cases. My son was in his bedroom and the door would not open. The mechanism inside the lock had become worn and twisted. The lock is about 80 years old but he still managed to free my son. He returned the next day with the same lock, with all new brass fittings inside.

We needed the locks on our back door replaced in a student house. The estate agents contacted lynx locks for us and they arrived within half an hour. Really nice guy who we had a chat with, and he even fixed our back door while he was at it which was going above and beyond. Would strongly recommend this company.

This Saturday morning the catch on our lock broke on our front door. I called Graham who came immediately but found that our lock was no longer made. He took it back to his workshop and repaired it from another old one he had. Brilliant service, would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

I had the misfortune to need a locksmith on easter sunday morning, I called lynx locks and they arrived within 20 minutes. They diagnosed the problem agreed how to repair the issue. Graham the the owner who came out was extremely knowledgable very polite and helpful also ther price for a call out is reasonable. I would happily reccomend this company the service is first class. If you need a locksmith look no further I am sure you will very happy with this service.

Just hours after having a new composite front door fitted I locked myself out. An SOS call to Graham elicited an immediate response. He arrived within minutes and very quickly sorted the problem with no damage whatsoever to the lock or door. He is friendly, honest and an expert in his field.
