ISM - Incorporated Society of MusiciansMaestro Music Tutoring Services offers lessons in piano, violin, music theory and GCSE Music to clients throughout Blackwood and the surrounding areas. The company, which is based in Pengam (Blackwood), began trading in 2008 and has built a solid reputation on high levels of customer service and very high exam pass rate. You can also just learn for fun if you don't want to do exams.
The company delivers top quality music lessons, for people of all ages and lessons are conducted in the comfort of our purpose-built studio. Lessons are available 6 days a week between 2pm and 9pm weekdays and 10am - 1pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday's.
The company is managed by Leigh and Claire Canning who have been working in the music tutoring trade since 2008. Having previously worked for a broad range of companies, Leigh is looking forward to many more successful years of tutoring people of all ages and abilities. Claire is a former head of music in a comprehensive school and is able to provide excellent GCSE Music lessons.

I have been studying with maestro music tutoring services for nearly 3years. At the beginning I had already gone through grade 1, however I was soon to see I had missed out details and some serious issues with my playing. My teacher made me go through grade 1 again to correct those mistakes. (Later grades would have been very difficult if it wasnt dealt with) I have found MMTS very helpful and have now achieved grade 5 and working strong towards my next goal. A very friendly service with incredible patience (more patience than me! ) Another major thing is inspiration! The way I have been taught. The whole nature of the service keeps me inspired. Something I feared before I hired MMTS.
