I had an EPC done on my house and as well as being fantastic value everyone I came into contact with at Mahoney Gray Surveyors were friendly, helpful and professional. I will have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.

An EPC was undertaken, and despite being told it could take an hour, it only took 20 minutes. The surveyor explained how the EPC ratings work in relation to other property types. Considering this was half the price of other companies out there, I can’t imagine they could have done a better job. I did do some research though, so make sure you have any FENSA, loft insulation and cavity wall insulation certificates as this just makes their job a lot easier. I also received the EPC report less than 24 hours after completion, with a copy sent to my estate agent. Brilliant service, for which I would highly recommend.
