Majestic Rug Cleaning and Repair Services

I wanted to share my deepest thanks and gratitude to the wonderful clean and repair job carried out on my late mother-in-law’s Chinese rug. It really was in a sorry state and Majestic Rugs really have worked a miracle. We couldn’t be happier and not only their workmanship but their communications which couldn’t be of a higher standard. I had them come by to pick up the 2 large oriental rugs that needed to be cleaned. The pick up procedure was easy. When I got the rugs back I was very happy with the condition they were in. I contacted Majestic to clean an Iranian rug that we have had for many years that has a lot of wear and has not been properly cleaned for years. They arranged to collect it, were very prompt in communication with me and returned it at my convenience. The rug looks amazing and I believe they had to wash and dry it a total of 6 times to get it perfect. We are very impressed and will use this company again.

Thank you to Maria and the team for a first class cleaning, de-mothballing and repair result on my two rugs; the repair work to a very old afghan rug has restored it to new, I'm very pleased as this has much sentimental value. A nasty black stain has been lifted from the other rug, which for some 15 years has been stored in lock ups - it too looks like new now, and ready to take pride of place in the living room.

Just collected our Bokhara rug taken to Majestic for the fringes to be replaced together with a selvedge repair. Absolutely delighted with the workmanship. Cleaned magnificently and colours restored. Even removed some fading that had occurred due to sun streaming through window. A thoroughly professional job. Well done to all the team. Not a cheap repair but worth every penny. We recommend them without hesitation.

I inquired about two rugs to be cleaned a Chinese rug and a silk Persian rug. They were collected and returned from my home at a time to suit me, firstly discussing the level of service for each. I was delighted with the result, much better on both, than I had imagined. Friendly knowledgeable and efficient with reasonable pricing. No hesitation to recommend.

I was extremely impressed by the service and professionalism in cleaning and in particular repair of Persian rugs, which was excellent and virtually impossible to detect.

Three rugs cleaned, two of which also needed repairs. One, a very valuable article, had a large chunk missing after being devoured by a puppy! Great results were promised and the results after restoration were indeed superb. Great efforts were made to match the fibres and therefore work took longer than originally anticipated. Very happy with all three rugs. Would definitely recommend Majestic Carpets for their high quality work.

We had an expensive cream coloured rug with deep heavy stains dried in by underfloor heating. Whilst most carpet cleaners turn up with a wet vacuum, Majestic collected the rug and and took it to their specialist premises for a cleaning process that involved several washing and drying cycles over a two week period. They returned the rug today and it looks like brand-new. We are both amazed and delighted with the result, it has even maintained its shine which I thought would be lost in the cleaning process. These guys are passionate professionals and provide an excellent service in addition. Well worth it.

We wasn't too sure about the service when Christ first came to our house because we couldn't understand his strong Greek accent. We approached a couple of other carpet cleaning companies, and decided to use Majestic to clean and repair a 2. 5mx2. 5m Chinese rug and a Persian rug. The picking up was efficient and the time taken for cleaning and repair was as scheduled. We were amazed to see the rugs returned as new and beautiful. We were very pleased with the work they did, and would recommend Majestic to any body who requires carpet cleaning and repair.
