First of all, I must say that Markis a honest, decent human being. Perhaps it's strange to start off a review stating this, but, I am so tired of people in service positions that are miserable, and couldn't care less about their jobs or what the customer needs. I needed a screen replacing. I called up, arranged to come and see me, he checked to make sure he had the exact part and 4 days later, I went back and he installed it in 15 minutes. The business is in his home, but, that shouldn't concern you, especially when you see his well stocked computer 'batcave. '. I highly recommend you call him to take care of your computer needs, you will be in good hands - oh, and his prices are very, VERY reasonable! Thanks, Mike.
