Mayfair Granite Worktops

With regards to the 30mm Steel Grey Leathered Granite window Cills, the dimensions are spot on and the edges perfectly straight and true. Installation is complete and the window cills all fit perfectly. The size of the 3mm chamfers is perfect, I particularly appreciate the very small back chamfer on the top surface, that relieves the corner sharpness.  The satin honed edges are excellent.  The cills add real  solid quality to our house and being leathered do not reflect the sun very much at all. Thank you for all your help and Mayrfair’s willingness to amend some of the measurements after the initial drawings were sent in. I would willingly use Mayfair again for any similar window cills.

Mayfair Granite made a brilliant job, from first contact, to quotation, sending samples, templating and installation. Our 1860 cottage now gas an even more beautiful kitchen than before. Ivo, a very pleasant and confidence-inspiring young mad, did the template appointment, cut the granite to his own template, and installed the worktops. He, and all his colleagues, were polite, efficient, and worked extremely neatly and cleanly. We are glad we chose this company to carry out this enhancement to our lovely cottage.

I wanted to replace my old kitchen worktops with new granite ones. Having no experience with granite I googled granite worktops and came up with a long list of suppliers. I phoned several telling them what I wanted and giving them measurements in order for them to quote. Liam at Mayfair Granite was very helpful on the phone and gave me the most accurate quote and explained how the process would work. Kyle arrived as arranged to check the measurements and make a template and returned less than a week later to fit. His template and the very accurate cutting at the factory enabled the worktops to be fitted perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience of dealing with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

You may stop looking now as you will not find a more professional and knowledgeable granite supplier. After researching many granite providers (and walking out of two showrooms! ) I am delighted to have chosen Mayfair Granite to modernise my kitchen. I researched the Internet for a granite supplier and was impressed by the reviews for Mayfair. I'm a retired woodworker/kitchen fitter and have installed a new kitchen in my wife and I's new home. Communication with Mayfair was amazing. Template on Friday, fitted on the following Wednesday by a skilful team of friendly fitters. The template measurements for the undermount sink were not very clear, but I knew how I wanted it to fit. It turned out that Mayfair's computer cut out was larger than the opening I wanted, but some wizard of the keyboard altered the settings to suit my preference. I was worried they may not be able to get the exact profile, but on fitting, the cut out was exactly how I wanted it, so well done Mayfair! My wife and I would like to thank everybody concerned for a beautiful job. I can honestly say that there is nothing I can fault with the granite or the fitting, and I'm chuffed to bits with the result. I would like to congratulate you on the magnificent and thoroughly professional service I have received from your company. I paid a deposit in February this year unfortunately the job was delayed until now however your staff have been truly brilliant in communicating with me regarding general advice, templating ect ect Johnny Leonard must be mentioned a credit to your company. Templating was carried out without fuss by Kyle fortunately for me Kyle and his colleague returned to fit our worktops today, brilliant Job, again no fuss a true professional and a great team. This company and all the staff we became involved with throughout have been exceptional! We did our research before choosing Mayfair Granite and the tele-sales team comprising of Johnny, Tom and Liam have been fantastic throughout. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and more importantly patient. We have had granite in the past and so we knew the potential pitfalls if we made the wrong choice of company. We wanted to visit and select our piece of granite and they organized a factory visit in Bradford. Lucas the factory manager was invaluable to us. We showed him the layout of our kitchen and he was so skilful in drawing out the sections on the granite so that the design would flow around the kitchen. Such a great eye for detail. Barber had been to see us prior to our visit to show us samples, guide us and also complete the templating work. Such a lovely guy who obviously loves his work and takes pride in being methodical and meticulous. He returned with his team to fit the granite and nothing escaped him in ensuring that everything was perfect. Mayfair Granite also arranged for John to come and take away the old worktops, and return when Barber, Lassie and Jacob had finished their part, so that he could check the sink and fit the new tap and take away all the rubbish. They left the kitchen beautifully clean and tidy. The whole day was seamless, and it was an absolute pleasure to have the team in our home. Barber is an impressive Technician, a Master at what he does and, having had granite in a previous kitchen, we can honestly say the join was barely visible……………if I didn't know where it was, I wouldn't have noticed at all. Fantastic workmanship. We would also say that the website is a true reflection of the standards and service we enjoyed and we would agree with the people that did videos that are on the website, it is a very honest representation of the high standards of Mayfair Granite. These guys are great. I wasn't going to go for granite, but the price they offered me meant I could afford it. The finish was fantastic, top quality and guys who fitted it were brilliant. You could really tell that it was important to them that they did a prefect job, they spent hours making it just right, I was really impressed! I am so glad I found these guys and I would recommend them to anyone. Good work guys!
