When I embarked on the 9-month course with Adel of MindMasters, I had high hopes but wasn't sure what to expect. From the very first session, I knew I was in excellent hands. Adel created an environment that felt incredibly safe, supportive, and nurturing. Over those 9 months, I was guided through a journey of self-discovery and personal growth on a curriculum that gently pushed me out of my comfort zone while providing plenty of support along the way. Adel's compassion, expertise and authenticity is what struck me the most; she doesn't just teach the concepts, she embodies them fully. If you are considering working with Mind Masters, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Adel is an amazing tutor and is truly an expert. She really cares about her students and I would definitely recommend her hypnotherapy course.

Wow Adel’s hypnotherapy course is outstanding. I can’t believe that I learnt so much in 8 months. With Adel’s in-depth knowledge and teaching I now feel confident and competent to practice as an advanced hypnotherapist. Adel is a born teacher and has a huge passion for the subject. What an amazing course! Packed full of fantastic information and a really well rounded and complete training, but the best bit about it was Adel herself. She was really knowledgeable, patient and inspirational. Enjoyed every minute of the course and made some lovely friends too. If you want to become a hypnotherapist, sign up, you won’t regret it!

I cannot recommend Adel’s EFT course enough. I and my clients are already experiencing and seeing AMAZING results from this technique. Each day was a mixture of in depth theory, personal practice with course peers and high level demonstrations from Adel. All of which helped to absorb and consolidate the information provided. Fantastic course; excellent tutor. From the start to the end, we never stopped learning and the most positive experience for me was that Adel instilled, from the very beginning, that we could all do this - no question! She then taught with positive, upbeat strategies that motivated everyone! Adel was able to layer the learning so effectively that each skill learned was practised systematically, building on previous skills. She is flexible, patient, professional and very knowledgeable and not at all 'precious' about her skills and knowledge; she is completely student centred, openly sharing it all and you know it is because she genuinely wants you to succeed. I can't think of a course that I have ever been on before when I have learned so much in such a short time and genuinely felt confident in those learned skills an abilities. Adel is a phenomenal tutor. She possesses an incredible depth and breadth of knowledge - not just related to hypnotherapy, but of psychology and holistic therapies. However, she also brings a level of applied pragmatism to her teaching, maintaining a focus on tried and tested approaches that work best to help to transform the lives of others. She is able to effectively teach complicated techniques and theories to large groups of individuals, knowing exactly how to pace the learning process to make sure that nobody is left behind, nor holding other people back, given that people naturally learn at different speeds. She is a very diplomatic, fair and professional tutor, able to inspire fascinating discussion while always maintaining a respectful and open-minded atmosphere, and beyond that, Adel is a genuine, kind and generous person who you cannot help but like.
