An intuitive and passionate mobile reflexologist since 2008 she has clients from birth to 97 years of age having mobile reflexology within a 18 mile radius of LU6, in Dunstable, Harpenden, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring etc. Caroline has had additional training for fertility and maternity reflexology. Many midwives are aware of the efficacy of reflexology in pregnancy for controlling symptoms, preparing for labour by encouraging natural pain killers and inducing relaxation. Post natal depression may be prevented or improved with reflexology. Breech babies often turn within hours of reflexology treatment thus avoiding caesarian section. Reflexology works by sending impulses via the nerve reflexes encouraging the brain to balance the body systems. Using a spinal reflexology technique on the feet is an effective addition to target specific areas.
Caroline acheived the ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in 2008. She also trained with Louise Keet, gaining a post-graduate certificate in Spinal Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology. She has completed further training enabling her to help with fertility and give treatment throughout pregnancy and is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. In 2012 Caroline did Advanced Hand Reflexology enabling her to give reflexology to people who cannot have their feet worked on.

Reflexology is most effectively used at regular intervals. The frequency depends on the severity of the condition and your budget. For health maintenance a 1, 2, 3 or 4 weekly session may be appropriate.

I have experience of clients with hormonal imbalance and polycystic ovarian syndrome being helped by reflexology. After 6 months of treatment one lady had periods again after 6 years without and in the following 6 months had 5 periods. Fertility treatment including IUI and IVF can be supported by reflexology.
One lady had reflexology and relieved her pelvic pain and severe headaches in pregnancy. After she continued reflexology to prevent the baby blues that she previously experienced and was symptom free.
