About MoviEscape Ltd
MoviEscape is the brainchild of a team of film makers, and the idea was conceived while the creators were visiting Hollywood for a film market.The escape room concept was quite new back then and having played a few and enjoyed them, never the less they all felt that there was something lacking, something that would give free reign to both your intelligence and your imagination. They set out to create a potent blend of the challenge of an escape room and the ambience of the movies.
And so the vision of MoviEscape became a reality and now offers no less than five attractions that enable you to indulge in your own spot of Moviecapism. ? You are generously granted one hour to solve the mystery of the room and if you fail you will be locked in - forever! Well, not actually forever as there will most likely be another game in after you.

I have played five rooms at this venue, and enjoyed them all. The best was definitely Merlin's Magic Academy, which has some very impressive features, along with secrets that are a thrill to find. We did have a bit of trouble with the light puzzle, but after that we raced along to a great climax. Sherlock and Saw were okay. I enjoyed Santa's Cabin V1 as it too had some impressive equipment that was very unique - I've not played V2 to see if its still there. They also have the best prices in the UK, and offer discounts for returning customers, which has helped with all the return trips.
