Fantastic service! And flexible! Ben came with Romeo and they did an sterling job. Both were incredibly nice and professional. Took every care to look after the carpet and did not even bat an eyelid when the van was too big for the driveway and had to walk a lot more to get the job done. And then, Ben came to save our skin again two days later and finished the job when some charity we had given stuff to left us hanging with two massive pieces of furniture. Will certainly use him again and I recommend Mr Removals wholeheartedly.

Mr Removals are good company, they helped with our home move and they were very good. The only slightly negative thing was that we ordered a large van and had to wait a an hour or two later than scheduled as there was a maintenance issue with the vehicle.

I had contacted numerous companies requesting a quotation for my house move. Of the one's who got back to me, Mr Removals was by far the best value for money. Ben answered all of my emails promptly prior to the move. On the day of the move Ben and Jay turned up on time and immediately got started. They were both extremely polite and handled my belongings with care. We were loaded up in no time and made our way to the new property. Despite the heat and the fact that our new property was a flat on the 2nd floor, the team didn't let up and had the van unloaded and my belongings in the flat within the quoted time. Very impressed. A follow up invoice/receipt was received a couple of days later to complete things. If you want an efficient move at an excellent price, you won't go wrong with Mr Removals. We learned while they were packing - the evening before the day of the move - that the new flat in Edinburgh wasn't going to be ready for at least another week. As you can imagine, that's the last thing I wanted to hear; I was technically rendered homeless and wasn't amused. But Ben and his team took a lot of the strain by offering me storage at their warehouse in New Malden while I waited for the renovations at my new flat. I needed some stuff out of storage befor flying up to Scotland and they let me into the warehouse and open the boxes (which is easier said than done). Today, ten days later, my stuff has just arrived in Scotland. I'd recommend Mr Removals to my friends and plan to use them again when I move back to London.

We have used Mr Removals twice in two years. Both experiences have been superb. Not planning to move again shortly but if we were I would definitely use Mr Removals again.

They brought two luton vans and three people to help us move from london to oxford. They were unfailingly helpful and friendly and unruffled by our disorganisation, they definitely went the 'extra mile' to help.

Mr Removals provide an efficient and very friendly service in moving us from North London to Putney. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care and cheerfully completed the job to our great satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

A straightforward, local move from a two-bedroom flat to a house. The team was cheerful and co-operative.

We moved from London to Leeds and had a variety of quotes - Mr. Removals was by far the lowest, less than half of what others were asking. The driver was exceptionally friendly and hard working, arriving in Leeds just before I arrived on the train; together we loaded and unloaded our contents quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived intact. Excellent communication from the head office from start to finish. I would happily recommend to others!
