I do not normally write a review, however, our computer was hacked over Christmas 2022. Called Nigel on the evening of Boxing day and he arrived the following day at 1000 hours. Nigel very quickly and professionally found the root of the problem. As the Laptop was very old we decided to upgrade to a new one, which was supplied and set up by Nigel. We can thoroughly recommend Nigel for all Computing Solutions. Colin and Dee Long.

Nigel fitted a new SSD, upgraded my desktop to Windows 10 and installed Office 2019, bringing me kicking and screaming into the 21st Century! Did all this in a morning, but was also very helpful afterwards sorting out the teething troubles (printer/scanner drivers) over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

Nigel has helped us with everything from advice, purchase, set up and after care. We bought our new PC and laptop through Nigel and can highly recommend him. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. We are about to purchase another laptop for our daughter and plan to do so again with NB Computing Solutions.

Wen my PC died on me I found NB Computing Solutions details and contacted Nigel. He came to see me the same day, confirmed my worst fears but was able to sort me out with a replacement machine with all my old files transferred across within a week. He also managed to retrieve photos from another PC that had died several years ago. Nigel gave good, speedy service and set up the new PC so that it was ready for me to use.

Nigel was recommended by a neighbour and we found him to be both courteous and competent. He discussed the merits of a new all in one desktop PC against a replacement hard drive for my laptop without any pressure. He suffered a 'slow learner' with unwavering patience and left us with a fully operational new machine. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nigel come promptly when asked and kept to his timetable. He put our computer systems in good order and made things much easier to operate. We would certainly use him again.

My laptop required the hard drive to be replaced and Nigel was extremely helpful and efficient in undertaking this work. He spent time explaining the problem and able to answer questions/queries that I asked. There is no doubt I would recommend him to others.

I have had 3 computers/printers from Nigel, all set up with prompt service and patience of a saint when he is explaining computer jargon. Any problems dealt with by a phone call or visit professional and punctual.

I had a problem with my printer that wasn't printing! Nigel discovered it was broken and luckily had a spare one on his van which I was able to purchase at a very reasonable price, all sorted in no time! .
