Based in Warwick, ND&I Ltd offers project management expertise (consultancy or project delivery) to clients throughout Warwickshire and West Midlands. Formed in 2006 the company has delivered projects in the automotive industry, power, IT - systems development and implementation, research and development, and more recently transformational change. Projects are run by Prince2 or PMP qualified (or for change projects, MSP qualified staff).

Our business is project management. We offer any level of support required to meet your business requirements: that could be managing your complete project portfolio where we handle everything, to occasional advice and help on projects already underway e. G. Support to help evaluate the project deliverables before committing further resources.

Our fees are based on an agreed hourly rate and only apply when work is done on your projects. We also offer a guarantee that if work is not to your satisfaction, we will redo it at our expense. For peace of mind, we hold professional indemnity insurance.

The company director is M. Gray, a chartered engineer who has been involved in engineering design and project management for many years. Having studied at UMIST and later at the OU Business School, he has worked for companies in the US, Germany and Ireland in senior positions.

Our work generally comes from client referrals and repeat business, however we are very interested in working with new companies large or small and so would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can help you.

We are also able to work fully remotely on projects and so can support customers basically anywhere.

Based state-side? We can also help as we have a division based in Western Canada.
