We had a wonderful holiday in our motorhome. The beds were so comfortable, all the equipment was great and it really did make up our minds that we want to buy one. There were 2 of us plus 2 medium sized dogs but I wish I had tried this when my children were smaller, they would have LOVED it. I had some teething troubles (I’m new to van life) and the team were always on hand to answer my questions and get everything running smoothly. .

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We rented a nearly-new motorhome that was in immaculate condition - everything inside looked brand new, spotless, and extremely well-maintained. The motorhome was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that even essential camping gear like a table and chairs were thoughtfully included. Every little detail had been considered to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. What truly sets this company apart is their professionalism and genuine care for their customers. From the warm and efficient check-in process to the exceptional support throughout the rental period, their team was consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive. During the busy Easter holiday, unexpected traffic disruptions caused delays in our return, but the company handled the situation with incredible understanding, offering us a flexible and human-centred solution. New Marque Motorhomes. After comparing reviews on other Motorhome rental companies, there were/are many horror stories. From poor follow ups to associated problems, to ignoring issues during rental period. The absolute opposite with New Marque Motorhomes. From my 1st phone call on fact finding, to a visit in person to view the rentals and meet company members. Everything was explained in a timely manner with ease of understanding and No pressure or pushy sales people. I found the whole process of paperwork and rental agreements easy and straightforward as I was talked and guided through the whole process. Even collecting the vehicle and dropping back off at the end of our Rd trip was a breeze and super easy. To say we are impressed is a understatement. The motorhome we hired was brilliant (and economical) as we toured around parts of the UK for 2 wks. Even getting married at Gretna Green too :).My now wife, my 10 yr old son and myself all had a fantastic time. I had no worries or concerns about the company I hired from as they are all brilliant at what they do, and very friendly whilst doing it. From the moment we contacted Luke at New Marque we knew our trip would be special. Luke and the team showed us their selection of motorhomes and we decided on the Auto Roller 707 and we weren't disappointed. Sadly our trip ended much too soon but we will be back to hire another and continue our trip as soon as possible. An amazing company, have already recommended to friends and looking at booking our next hire. As it was our first time in a motorhome, we had many questions, which were always answered quickly. The actual motorhome was only a few months old as was the rest of their fleet. The collection/ return process was very easy and always on the end of a phone if any problems happened while away. Look forward to our next outing!

Super service from Luke and the team at New Marque to match the quality of the motorhome that we hired for the bank holiday weekend. We were first time hirer's and slightly apprehensive, but from the point of hiring to returning it everything was explained and we quickly became confident … So well done New Marque.

This is our second year of hiring from New Marque Motorhomes. Luke, Matthew, Lucy and the rest of the team go out of their way to provide a first class customer service. We had a beautiful new van with Wi-Fi, TV etc. Absolutely amazing! Can’t praise them enough, and would recommend New Marque to anybody and everybody without hesitation. Looking forward to rebooking for next year.

We had the most amazing time travelling in the motorhome! We went from Cambridge to Alnwick, Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, The lakes and Derbyshire over 5 nights and literally cannot wait to rebook for another adventure! The MH was brilliant, lovely and clean, well equipped and easy to use! Luke and everyone else were brilliant to deal with and super helpful! Will 100% be rebooking very soon and totally recommend to anyone - especially with young kids - ours had a blast!

I hired a motorhome from new marquee motorhomes and the motorhome was nearly brand new! The staff were very helpful a showed me how the motorhome worked and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately while we was in the north of Scotland our motorhome broke down but after a phone call to this staff at new marquee motorhomes they pulled out all the stops and had me in another motorhome by the end of the day. Would highly recommend and im already looking to hire from them again.

We had an awesome trip to France, the booking and admin was easy. The collection and drop off were problem free. The motorhome drove really nicely and was easy to drive in France. I would highly recommend New Marque Motorhomes and would use them again.

Outstanding on all levels, customer service first class. The Director, Luke even drove on a wet Sunday night a round trip of 100 miles to ensure our heating was working when a malfunction occurred.

Very easy to deal with and setup. Motorhome ready and clean when we arrived and very easy to drive and drop of was fine. Definitely use again. .

We hired two motorhomes for Latitude festival, both were modern ( one brand new ) and Luke and the team were helpful and efficient- I would definitely hire from them again.

Luke and his team were fantastic and made the whole process of hiring for a festival very easy and the motorhome was great and easy to use.

Excellent service through booking to collection where Luke explained clearly how to use the van. We are first timers and had lots of questions before booking and these were all answered promptly. Van very clean and queries re the TV were answered promptly whilst we were away. Nothing to fault. Would recommend. .

My family and I had a wonderful time in the Roller 747 touring Scotland. Cannot recomend New Marque Motorhomes enough. Luke and the team were brilliant, very professional. I recently had the pleasure of using a Motorhome from New Marque Motorhomes as a mobile office for a week down by a river, and I must say, it was an experience like no other! Hired a very nice motor home in March 2023. Travelled to Cheltenham to a camp site. Best motorhome on the site (turning heads). Very easy to hire, very clean and support very helpful. Definitely would use again and recommend.
