After hammering the sun beds for over 30yrs the skin on my face is so dry and dull, Iv tried loads of creams and facials in the past with little success. Susan recommend a VAMPIRE Facial and she was spot on with her advise ! I’m 4 days post facial and my skin looks so refresh and plump and feels amazing, and it takes 2 weeks to see the full results ! I highly recommend this facial, please don’t be put off bythe name … it’s ur own plasma that gets used and Susan talks you through the procedure and is highly professional at all times. Thanks Susan !

I love this place. The atmosphere is really friendly and almost home from home it’s so relaxing. The staff are super efficient and do amazing treatments. I really enjoy the caci, hydrofacials and LVL lashes amongst many other treatments. I’ve been a client for almost 9 years and will always come back and recommend. I’m over the moon. I had Botox and Nasolabial fold fillers at the Newcastle Hair and Beauty Clinic on Northumberland Street in Newcastle and im soo happy with the results. I felt really comfortable in the salon, everyone was soo friendly and Susan was very professional and knowledgeable.

Great makeup up by Alex E. She has done my makeup many times and love every single one of them. She definitely knows how to make me look like the better version of me.

3 times has Russian lashes done 3 times I've had to return. 1st time full of gaps, second there was no weight to them and currently waiting on a call back from the manager to return to get them done AGAIN as I tried to take a picture and my lashes were non existent and full of gaps. No surprise really when it only took 20 minutes for her to do them, they look like classics! The whole point of Russian eyelashes is the volume and fans and thickness. I couldn't see them properly from the nipping and tears streaming from my eyes after the glue (she said it was new glue that's why it was so painful) n she said to come back 7-10 days if I want them thicker… Obviously I would be expected to pay for this! Don't waste your time or money n go somewhere else. I'll not be returning. Can see for yourself, this is what they try and say Russian volume lashes are ?

Its the first time I have used Newcastle hair and Beauty and I couldn't recommend them enough, the staff is so friendly and welcoming and iv had so many compliments on my lashes, thanks again x.

Came here to get gels on my nails the woman who did them was lovely and recommended colours for me and they look amazing!

I have just left the salon after a lash lift treatment with Dawn. I am more than impressed by the results. Ive had this done in other salons and NEVERA had such dramatic result ! Im speechless! Definately be seeing me again regularly …Also all the staff are very friendly and professional…WELL DONE GUYS.

My mother in law had bought me the 3 treatments for £60 as an early birthday present and it was worth evert penny. I had the body scrub, back massage and microdermabrasion facial with Samantha and it was fantastic. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
