Want to look better as a result of being stronger and fitter? At Northern Strength we’ve designed a number of gym membership options for people at all levels. From group sessions for men and women over 30 to powerlifting specific coaching, we will offer an option to suit your needs.

Fitness trends and diet fads come and go, but we believe strength training should be the base for all fitness goals. We employ training methods backed by science and evidence-based practice from years of personal experience.  Your goals matter to us!

We are conveniently Located just outside Warrington town centre in a recently refurbished facility and kitted out with a variety of brand new strength training equipment.
24/7 key fob access is provided with most memberships and you can put on your own Spotify playlist, buy a drink and a snack then crack on with your training session or class.
