O'Briens Camping

Purchased Dometic fridge and I am very pleased with said product and service from O;Brian Camping.

We bought a new fridge from you for our caravan, it is very good but the freezer compartment is a bit disappointing, just a bit to small. Everything else is fine and the service is very good, I would recommend you to all our friends.

We had a 20-year-old similar-sized Electrolux gas fridge/freezer before yet again the freezer compartment door broke. The design of the replacement we purchased through O'Briens (a Dometic RGE4000) is far better, having a separate freezer section with its own door, much more internal space and being considerably lighter in weight. Terry and Selina provided an excellent service in terms of both product knowledge and general organisation. The delivery time and cost was good and indeed the deliverer assisted my son in getting the item into my beach chalet - not an easy task! Arguably the price was the final factor in persuading me to replace the old fridge/freezer rather than repair it again. If I have any suggestion to make it would be to consider how the customer might be helped by the provision of a removal service for the old item which in my case is proving to be a 4-man lift!

We wanted a new replacement fridge for our burger van but we were very unsure as to which type of fridge would work best for us, We rang O'Briens for some advice and I can honestly say that the service and advice we received was truly professional and very helpful. The lady we dealt with was always polite and had a very good knowledge of the type of product we required. We placed our order for a Dometic RGE2100 free standing fridge. We were told of the dispatch date and were asked to examine the delivery for any damage immediately on arrival. The fridge arrived exactly on time, the delivery company was Dascher, the driver was polite and again very helpful. The packaging was clean and undamaged. We had the fridge installed in our burger van and its an extremely good product, it works just as we want it to, we only have lpg gas in our van and this fridge has turned out to be equally as good as the one it replaced. So thank you very much O'Briens, you can be proud of your helpful service and excellent product. We highly recommend you.

They helped me out of a difficult situation. Having ordered from 1 online company who claimed to have stock and then found they didnt…. I got the product the next day. Very good.

I phoned to check availability of a replacement hob for my caravan. Phone answered promptly and I received excellent attention from the lady advising that the model was in stock and would be delivered within two days. Payment was possible over the phone without ordering online. Hob arrived on time, I checked for any damage to packaging, as requested, before accepting from the currier.
