Partywall. Expert is a trading name of Richard G Johnson Ltd which has been trading since 1998. We are experienced practitioners of The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and provide a professional and friendly party wall surveying service to building owners who wish to carry out work to their property that is regulated by the 1996 Act.

Richard G Johnson is also regularly appointed to act as the adjoining owner's surveyor make sure that the adjoining property is safeguarded during the construction works.

Partywall. Expert can advise you on your legal obligations under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Whilst we are based in South Manchester we cover most areas. We can advise you during the design stage to highlight any design issues that could be problematic or could be avoided and then follow on acting on your behalf by serving notice and acting in the event of a dispute with an adjoining owner.

Richard G Johnson is a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and also a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club with over 30 years of experience in the building industry. He currently is appointed on a number of projects ranging from basements developments in Manchester and Central London to more simple loft conversions and extensions.
