2 weeks ago. I purchased 3 Le Crueset pans, I chose this company as each item was £8 cheaper than John Lewis and had free delivery. Unfortunately one of the pans is leaking at the handle, I’ve had them only a few weeks, after contacting customer service, I was told to contact Le Crueset myself to sort it out. Now if only I had gone to John Lewis, and I really wish I had, they would exchange without question. Therefore I have unsubscribed, and will advise people to never use Phillip Morris and sons. Shocking follow up service.
I recently purchased a pair of Le Chameau wellingtons. I needed them for a Scottish dog training trip I was attending the very day they were delivered. The wellies were packed in my car in their box. These were a replacement upgrade for a different brand pair previously returned due to warranty fault. Both wellies were a size UK 11 EU 46. The Le Chameau were much larger for their size and I required a pair of booties for them to fitt comfortably. Phillip Morriss did not mention this when ordered but was quick to tell me the variation in size of both brands when I complained. Very poor sales and as I had no choice and had to wear them on my trip up North, replacement was refused. Very dissapointed, they were apparently aware of size difference in brands but did not think to mention it at time of sale.Moreexpand_more
Barely worthy of one star. Appalling customer service even when complaint regarding rude and arrogant telephone manner was escalated to management level …. It cost me £9 to return a coat which had, by admission, sizing issues …. This firm need to realise they have stiff competition … they should look to New Forest clothing who seek to please e and succeed….
I found this store by accident on the internet and I am so pleased I did. It's a wonderful firm, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend using this company to anyone out there and, I certainly will be ordering from them again.
Bought a fire front on 18. 11. 2015. Paid additional amount for insurance to enable a free return in case the item was not suitable. Returned the item that did not fit using the 'easy exchange service prepaid postage' AND FOLLOWING REFUND PROCEDURE - NO REFUND GIVEN. When we telephoned they said they did not receive said item and so would not be refunding. Seems rather bizarre that such a large heavy item, not useful to anyone else would have gone missing in the post! We now have no fire front and no money. Order ref SO 880246.

Exceptional service both in store and through the online customer service. Products are always of an excellent standard and the online stock system is fantastic.
