Philip Morris and Son is a long established business offering various products from a department store selling to customers throughout the UK. We offer FREE *UK Delivery over £75 in order value and just £4. 95 for the harder to reach area's. We ship internationally from just £5 and manage any customs fees at the time of purchase so there's no hidden fees on arrival.

Buy online and collect in store with our Click and Collect service. Simply place your order on our website and you will notified by email when it is ready to collect from one of our 3 Hereford based high town shops.

2 weeks ago. I purchased 3 Le Crueset pans, I chose this company as each item was £8 cheaper than John Lewis and had free delivery. Unfortunately one of the pans is leaking at the handle, I’ve had them only a few weeks, after contacting customer service, I was told to contact Le Crueset myself to sort it out. Now if only I had gone to John Lewis, and I really wish I had, they would exchange without question. Therefore I have unsubscribed, and will advise people to never use Phillip Morris and sons. Shocking follow up service.
Response : Hello Mark Northeast,Le Creuset are really efficient and they request customers contact them directly with any faulty goods even if you didn't buy from us. Your photo's clearly show a manufacturing fault and as previously mentioned if you contact Le Creuset (you can say you bought off us) and they will be very helpful in arranging the replacement for you and there's a high chance you don't even need to return the faulty pan. If you have any problems you can contact us back for help but we're sure you won't as they're a great company to deal with. You could return the pan to us but why do that if you don't need to? I recently purchased a pair of Le Chameau wellingtons. I needed them for a Scottish dog training trip I was attending the very day they were delivered. The wellies were packed in my car in their box. These were a replacement upgrade for a different brand pair previously returned due to warranty fault. Both wellies were a size UK 11 EU 46. The Le Chameau were much larger for their size and I required a pair of booties for them to fitt comfortably. Phillip Morriss did not mention this when ordered but was quick to tell me the variation in size of both brands when I complained. Very poor sales and as I had no choice and had to wear them on my trip up North, replacement was refused. Very dissapointed, they were apparently aware of size difference in brands but did not think to mention it at time of sale.Moreexpand_more
Response : Hello Brian, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As with all footwear and clothing, sizing can vary between styles and manufacturers. Not everyone will notice any difference in size in any brand of boot but occasionally a size up or down may be required especially when some brands are manufactured in EU sizes. The Hunter wellies you returned are manufactured in UK sizes and Le Chameau boots you had in exchange are manufactured in EU sizes so there's a possibility in style size change but this is ultimately up to the wearer to decide. Unfortunately, once you wear any item of footwear or clothing out, this makes the item unsuitable for resale and I'm sure you can appreciate we can't sell a used pair of boots to anyone. You should always try items on inside in a clean environment and keep all tags attached so if you did need to change for another size then they wouldn't be refused. Barely worthy of one star. Appalling customer service even when complaint regarding rude and arrogant telephone manner was escalated to management level …. It cost me £9 to return a coat which had, by admission, sizing issues …. This firm need to realise they have stiff competition … they should look to New Forest clothing who seek to please e and succeed….
Response : We're very sorry the size 16 was too tight for you. We paid for the delivery to send the order to you and don't offer a free returns service. You did have the option to add the returns service for £3. 49 when you purchased and this would have covered all your return postage costs and replacement postage if this was applicable. Because you choose not to add this, you had to pay for the return post. We did however, refund you in full as soon as the parcel arrived back with us. Bought a fire front on 18. 11. 2015. Paid additional amount for insurance to enable a free return in case the item was not suitable. Returned the item that did not fit using the 'easy exchange service prepaid postage' AND FOLLOWING REFUND PROCEDURE - NO REFUND GIVEN. When we telephoned they said they did not receive said item and so would not be refunding. Seems rather bizarre that such a large heavy item, not useful to anyone else would have gone missing in the post! We now have no fire front and no money. Order ref SO 880246.
Response : We're very sorry your parcel got lost in the post. Did you get a proof of postage when it was returned last year because Royal Mail may still accept a refund claim? Obviously if we had received it you would have had a refund immediately. We will try to help if we can and are happy to sign any claim forms off Royal Mail if it helps you? Hopefully, Royal Mail won't say it's too late and you get a suitable outcome.

I bought a lap tray on the Philip Morris website at 9am in the morning and it arrived on my doorstep at 8. 30am the next morning. I would certainly buy from them again!
