I made an order online for sound insulation costing over £350, I received a phone call demanding more money before they would complete the contract and deliver my items. When I informed them that I was contacting Trading Standards as they were breaching the contract by demanding more money they then tried to claim they were cancelling the order as they did not have any stock. On their website it clearly states that they do not keep stock. I am a customer that completed his order and paid by credit card, to request more money for the goods is simply unlawful.
