From the first visit we were completely comfortable with Premier Build. The precise workmanship from Adam Builder and carpenter, Mitch the fantastic painter, Lev the Plumber, the tiler , the electrician and the Patio layers left us in awe. Peter Seels and his team are just great, everything so very precise and every day the team arrived at 8. 0am and finished at 4. 0pm what more could one ask. There is no doubt that for any future projects Premier Build would be first and only stop. Our thanks to Peter Seels and Premier Build for completing this major refurbishment with vigour, endeavour and satisfaction.

Peter and his company were recommended to me by Tom Howley who they have worked with before, on stripping out, first and second fix. He is an excellent project manager. With considerable experience and the kind of attention to detail that is utterly dependable. Thanks to Peter and his team of contractors we were in safe hands and the project finished 8 days early.

Peter was recommended to us when we were let down by a previous builder who had failed to complete a major rebuild/renovation project He quickly grasped the urgency of the situation and mobilised contractors enabling a substantial project to be completed - including the reconstruction of the garage, installation of an orangery, and the final fit of the internal remodelling of the property Peter takes a pride in his work and ensures a high quality finish.

Peter and his team are friendly and professional. They did excellent work for us: removal of old kitchen/utility, installing flooring, UFH, plastering, electrics, lighting, carpentry, plumbing and decorating. A team that can be trusted. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Peter and his team did a great job in preparing our kitchen ahead of the Tom Howley fitters arriving. He has a great eye for detail and everything with our project ran like clockwork. All of his team showed great care and dedication. We would definitely consider using Peter and the team again.

Peter and his team carried out extensive repairs and refurbishment to my flat following a leak. The quality of the work was excellent and they were thoughtful of my neighbours. They really guided me through the whole process and gave me lots of advice on options for the new kitchen, bathroom and flooring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier and Peter and his team.

Premier Build re-built my top-floor flat in Islington entirely after a catastrophic flood in the concrete sub-floor. The flood started in the ensuite bathroom where the shower drain outlet had broken free, silently leaking water into the concrete sub-floor under every wall and floor. Amazingly, none of it leaked into the flat below. Only when black mould began to appear at the base of every wall did the problem show itself. This rose up to a height of two meters, releasing spores everywhere. The apartment had to be evacuated. Premier started from scratch. Every wall and floor was stripped to allow the flat to dry out. Once done, there was the opportunity not only for restoration but improvement. Walls were moved to make more usable space. The washing machine was relocated from the kitchen into a hallway closet. The bathrooms were refitted and fully tiled. The kitchen was upgraded with new units and appliances. The result is superb. What's good about Premier Build is the quality of the tradesmen they employ and the co-ordination of their work. They are nice people who respond to requests. The foreman on my job, Ian Anwar, was not only a brilliant carpenter who wanted to make every part of the job as good as it could be, he was also a really nice bloke. Peter Seels and his company Premier Build were introduced to us by Tom Howley’s kitchen designer. After a thorough inspection of the works required he put an excellent team of trades together who worked closely with Tom Howley’s installation team. He ensured that all the timelines were met so there were no delays with the flooring contractors, installers or painters. I would like to thank Peter and his team for the brilliant job they made of my extension and basement conversion. I had an existing basement which could only be used for storage. I now have office space with separate utility area and due to Peters imagination and suggestion, just as much storage. The basement was damproofed and a ground pump fitted. The extension I had involved changing the floor level so I can now exit into my garden without steps. At all times Peters team worked efficiently, were helpful, left areas clean and tidy, Nothing was too much bother. Peter and his crew redid our kitchen. They started on time, the crew arrived promptly every day, worked hard, and left everything as tidy as possible at the end of the day. Any concerns were taken care of promptly and we're very happy with the result. We will use Premier Build again should we ever need a contractor.

Peter and his team have done quite a lot of work for me now, this includes identifying a damp problem and resolving this, to replacing decking supports. His workforce have been punctual, and have respected my home. They have carried out any work which needed doing in a totally professional manner. Peter is always on hand to oversee the work carried out, and even comes up with suggestions to improve things. Peter's team rectified a long standing damp problem throughout most of our downstairs. Several builders try to diagnose it. Peter sent in experts who carried out a very thorough examination of my property, inside and out. HIs team worked well together to a very high standard, courteous and considerate that my family and I were living at our home during the extensive renovations. Always clearing up after themselves. Our home looked even better than it did when the original works had been done. Peter was always contactable within the day.

Premiere Build was recommended to me for some refurbishment and plumbing work in my small awkward sized cottage. Communication was great, the price was good. All workmen used were nice and friendly and cleaned up well. The work carried out was to a great standard. Far better than expected and imagined, and to the timelines that were quoted. Peter was recommended to me when I had my kitchen refurbished. He was thorough with his inspection and was able to put a team on the job to line up with the kitchen installers starting date thus making sure the job was completed as quickly as possible. Premier Build erected a kitchen extension on the back of our house which was completed in December. Peter and his tradesmen did a quality job, and were able to overcome a major build problem due to their experience and knowledge. The tradesmen were clean, courteous, and above all, good craftsmen. I had a long standing damp problem in my kitchen and had several builders try to resolve it. I called Peter who was very thorough in his examination of my property, inside and out. It turned out that someone had bridged the dam course. Peter's guys came and sorted the problem and I haven't been troubled since.

We needed a builder to build a 2 storey extension on our house. We were extending the kitchen and living room, adding a bedroom and a downstairs bathroom. We found Premier Build on Google and liked the work they have done. Peter came to see us and whilst the price was higher than we expected, he seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
