Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I was in agony with low back pain that I’ve had for a long time. My previous physios had only prescribed me exercises which took the edge off the symptoms. But Safa at PureHealth applied a hands-on approach focussing on the muscles of the hips and lower back, which really seemed to significantly ease my symptoms and allow me to get a good night’s sleep again.
