About Reflect Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a pleasant and relaxing experience and can help with anxiety, anger, blood pressure, weight control, lack of confidence, insomnia, IBS, migraine, nail biting, nightmares, obsessions, panic attacks, fears, phobias, stress and more.
The number of sessions needed vary, e. G. :
- Treatment of phobias: usually 3-4 sessions
- Treatment of depression or anxiety: approx. 8 – 10 sessions.
- Anti-smoking: 1 session.
