My sister is in the process of purchasing a property. Daryl recently completed the survey. She needed some additional advice and contacted the office just before the Easter break but unfortunately Daryl was off. Quite by surprise though he called her. I was extremely impressed with his pleasant and helpful manner. His advice really did help to put my sisters mind at ease. The fact that he went above and beyond shows excellent customer service and genuine interest. Keep up your good work Daryl, I would happily recommend you!

Thank you for your prompt and standardised response to my review. However, you did not provide regular text or email messages at every stage of my case. Your lead Surveyor may well have been available until 8pm every evening "should I have had any queries" but you certainly did not enable me to do so by providing his mobile number or evening contact details. Sadly I cannot in good conscience give a good review for Relim Surveyors or recommend them to anyone else who wishes to instruct a party wall surveyor for their property. My party wall case was riddled with very long delays, and no response from the lead Surveyor in question at all - until it was time to pay his bill. The final award was, however, written up effectively which is why I have given two stars for the quality of the award itself.

Excellent customer service and support throughout. Always available for any queries and information. Best survey report. Very quick. Had no problems and presented well and in-depth.

Rellim surveyors were great from start to finish regarding our party wall needs - Karoline took the time to talk us through the whole process and I found her and Darryl to be very swift to respond, knowledgable and re-assuring. We will be recommending to our friends and family should they need a surveyor.

Thanks so much to Darryl who completed our Level 2 Home Buyers Survey. The process to book the survey was so quick and simple. The team arranged the date with our estate agent, and we got the completed survey back very quickly afterwards. Preliminary visit was made to obtain photos and write a report on the condition of the neighbour's adjoining wall. During the process of the building work I was having carried out damage was observed to occur in my neighbour's adjoining wall. A subsequent visit was made by the surveyor to assess the damage and advise us on the options available to us on the way to proceed. We have followed his advice and have satisfactorily concluded the party wall agreement with the Award now issued. Mr. Miller has been polite respectful and professional on each visit and telephone communication. His initial and follow up survey's were very thorough. I my neighbour and I have been satisfied that he has also remained impartial ensuring that we were both fairly served by his professional service. June.

I received a letter from a neighbour concerning a party wall agreement. I didn't fully understand it and decided to seek help. I stumbled upon Darryl and decided to instruct his company. Darryl was professional from start to finish. Upon meeting him, he made us feel relaxed and confident as he was extremely friendly, polite and approachable. He explained the procedure and what to expect at each stage. He was always on hand to deal with any queries or questions we had. Darryl really deserves this review for his dedication, professionalism and love for what he does and how he does it. I contacted him randomly when he worked for another firm, just to seek advise. I was very impressed and thankful to see how helpful he was over the phone and the time he kindly took to explain things. He then took even more time to follow up with a very thorough email explaining all I needed to know. About a year after this initial conversation I tried to contact him again, this time was to instruct him as my surveyor. I was told he no longer worked for them, but luckily I was given his new contact details. We spoke again, I instructed him as my surveyor for a party wall agreement. He took over from that point on, no money at front. Everything very clear and straightforward, no surprises. He kept me informed of every step, did what he said at all times. He visited my neighbour's properties for survey and photos, and to my surprise, both my neighbours used his services to deal with the party wall agreement which kept my costs down and the whole process much easier. I'm sure Darryl's personality helped in this sense. Final invoice served when all had been sorted and as expected, no surprises, reasonable costs. Once invoice paid, I received the very next day all the documents very well presented. In comparison to previous experiences for party wall agreement, this is a 10/10.
