About River Counselling
I am a qualified and professional humanistic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - Reg number 070218. I work with a wide range of issues and offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to explore whatever difficulties you may be experiencing at this time.
Many different things may bring you to counselling and I work with a wide range of issues. Whatever is troubling you I am here to really hear you, offering you respect and empathy. My counselling room is easy to find opposite the castle in Tonbridge High Street. My hours are flexible - 7 days a week including early morning and late evening appointments. I work on a one to one basis offering short and long-term counselling.

I currently work at C. R. I. In Hove with clients who have difficulties with their drug and alcohol use - I have worked here for 3 years.
I also joined Ashford Counselling Services this year working with clients over 18.
I worked as a counsellor at Folkstone and Dover colleges from 2010-2012 working with young people and mature students.
Also from 2010-2012 I worked as a counsellor for the charity The Place2Be in an infant and primary school in Rainham. My clients were aged between 5 and 11.
I feel I am very fortunate to be a counsellor and privileged that people allow me into their worlds. I train to keep updated and educated and to be the best I can be for my clients. I also have regular supervision and continue my own personal development.
