I would always go to this company for any building works…. I have been using them for the last 15 years and have been very pleased with the work carried out and the way I have been treated as a customer. Rajesh has been very helpful to me over the years. This year (2023) I had to have the downstairs completely gutted and a new DPC. I was very grateful to Rajesh for his help, advice and support in getting all things done, and also for his team whose work was exceptional. This is a very professional company: they arrive when they say they will, tidy up at the end of a full day's work and show you what has been done. The work was finished well and on time. Everyone needs a builder like RKB!

We had been left with a house loft room which was unfinished from a previous builder who didn't know how to undertake and complete the work and had team members had left. We were desperate with no builders to rely on that we could trust. We found Rajesh through a recommendation from a roofer we happened to speak to. The roofer asked Rajesh to help out as they are highly sought after and usually have a good stable pipeline of work as they take on all type of projects and may not be able to fit us in. Despite it being the cold winter months and Rajesh and team were focused on a job he agreed to squeeze us in. He is very clear and manages your expectations perfectly. He doesn't just take on work abd leave the last one half done, he is dedicated with his focused team on delivering the best standards. Before he took on his next work he committed to do ours and we totally left our trust in him and his team after seeing what they had done on other projects. The team worked tirelessly to get the work done to an amazing standard. They did it in time and never asked for more money or chased for payments. You can see this builder is one of the honest and best ones. They just want to an honest good job and give the trade a good name. No wonder they are recognised by master federation builders and other 3rd party organisations who qualify good building companies. I would highly endorse Rajesh. He honestly goes above and beyond and will never disappoint you. A true leader of his trade. First of all many thanks to Rajesh and his team for the successful completion of our rear infill extension. We are extremely pleased with the final result. All work was completed within our agreed price and on time. No surprises for minor addition or changes to the work scope as it progressed. RKB gave us our dream home and were professional and meticulous when doing it. We had our living room, landing and bedroom overhauled and from start to finish they were so easy to deal with and really communicative in all of their work. We are so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

We chose RKB and Son to break down our conservatory and expand into a kitchen, and converted the existing kitchen into a downstairs shower room. Rajesh provided us with a very reasonable quote and this was then never altered moving forward. He is incredibly passionate about his work and provided great detail when explaining various stages involved in the project. Alongside this, he advised us on where and which materials to purchase for a reasonable price. Rajesh provided a timeline for the project and this was met with not a day over, despite additional work that we added on halfway through. They ensured that they left the property clean before they left every single day, and took great care to keep the customer happy. We have since received brilliant feedback from friends and family who have seen the completed project, and have recommended RKB's services to many. Will definitely use them for future projects!

I had Rajesh and his team conduct practically a full refurbishment. Rajesh was very understanding given this what my first project. Good value and was accurate with their time frames. Adaptive to additional work that was not in the original scope and gave recommendations. We had a couple hiccups after his team left but Rajesh was responsive and and quick to have these fixed.

First of all, Thank you to the RKB and Son team. I had painting and decorating work carried out on both front and rear of my property. I have the been dealing with RKB and Son over a period of 11 years, and I can honestly say that the standard of their work has never been anything other than excellent. Rajesh was there the whole time supervising and making sure the work was done as agreed with the client, and to a high standard. The team were in early and on time every morning, very professional and cleaned after themselves every single day. Also Rajesh was always there to advise on specific matter as and when needed. RKB and Son are a credit to the industry and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Rajesh was so easy to work with. He was very responsive and flexible to our timings. Quick to come back to us with timings, quotes and to carry out the work. The team were efficient on the day and cleaned up after themselves…A rarity! Would definitely consider calling them again for future work.

I had a replastering carried out on the rear side of my property the boys did a fantastic job they where provisional did the job with out any issues. They where on time when they where working cleaned up every time. They painted the front house fixed the cutter pipe for me free of charge great job. Definitely would recommend them and I would definitely use them again. .

Work carried out was a refit of our downstairs cloakroom. Rajesh was great at communicating and the work was carried out respectfully, in the time estimated and everything was left clean and tidy. There was a slight leak once we started using the room, but Rajesh and one his plumbers came immediately and sorted out the problem. Would not hesitate in recommending RKB for any domestic building project.

The job was done quickly, according to what I had in mind, and to a high standard. In addition to what I asked for, I was given advice on parts on the job I was going to complete myself.

Following a major water leak at my property, the bathroom and kitchen fittings needed to be removed, the floor removed and replaced and the fittings put back with some fittings being replaced. RKB and Son turned up on site when they said they would, completed the work with efficiency and tidiness, carried out additional works as required very quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work.

I would like to say a big thank you to RKB and Sons for completing our garden out building ahead of schedule as we had planned to go on holiday and was expecting this to be scheduled after our return but Rajesh was confident and assured us that the project would be finished before we were due to fly out. The crew always arrived in a timely manner and worked throughout the day with no messing about and kept us informed of any issues and notified us in advance when they were not due to come in with a valid reason. Would not hesitate to recommend there services to any one.

Very professional work carried out… nothing worse than having building work done and house is left a mess… RKB were amazingly clean and left no mess! At the end of each day they cleaned up and the finished bathroom we are ever so pleased with. True professionals! 5* A+.

Our garden fence was finished to exactly what was quoted on time and in full. The pre-arranged quote was adjusted to our requirements, Rajesh done this very quickly so there was no surprises with the final bill. The team were on time everyday until the job was completed. They ensured the work area was kept tidy and safe at all times and all building waste was removed on completion leaving the area clean and tidy. Rajesh was in constant contact with us making sure any unforeseen changes did not interfere with the cost and finish time leading to a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic company. From start to finish everything went as well as can be expected. Rajesh takes personal pride in providing a superb service and was on site and on-hand to explain every step of the process. His team were hardworking, polite, on time and always cleaned up after a days work. They looked after our home as if it was their own. The job involved knocking through from our living room to an adjacent store-room, finishing the new doorway and sealing off the previous one. This looks fantastic and has opened up an additional space to our family flat. I’d recommend Rajesh and his team for any project - really impressed.

We commissioned RKB and Sons to decorate the interior of our end-of-terrace house – this included painting all the rooms, installing light fittings, curtain rails and undertaking a number of other repair tasks. Rajesh and his team did a professional job, they arrived on time every day for 3 weeks, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job before moving on to their next commission. The team were very good at working around my elderly mother who had to stay in the house while the work was taking place. Rajesh was very good at giving advice, listening to concerns and making alterations where necessary. We were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend RKB and Sons.
