Robert Shaw and Company are a local Birmingham based organisation whom are experts in all matters relating to your estate planning.

We can provide you with tailor made Wills which can be designed with your exact requirements in mind. Your Will should reflect your choices clearly and concisely so that your Executors can act upon your instructions at the time of your death. It is important that your Will is reviewed regularly so that any change in circumstances can be acted upon.

In addition, we can provide you with Lasting Powers of Attorney's for either Property and Finance, or Health and Welfare. These legal documents can be implemented to meet your requirements to appoint an Attorney of your choosing to act on your behalf should you become unable to look after your own affairs in the future due to ill health or injury.

Our Probate Service provides your Executors with assistance and/or guidance in the processes involved in the implementation of your Will's instructions along with the legal requirements and responsibilities held by the Executors. Robert Shaw and Company can provide Executors with as much help as they need, or can take over the whole administration of the Estate on their behalf.

For property owners, we are also able to offer a property transfer facility, where if you are a property owner, you may consider transferring some of part of your property to your family prior to your death.
