Dealt with Rick before, genuine guy, tries to do the best deal for your and him, will 100% use him for any computer repairs / upgrades etc. Went above and beyond to try and find screws for my laptop. And answered any questions, not the usual get the job done and go away type of guy. 10/10 service.

I bought an old Dell from RSM and it has been working very well. A very good quality, durable and high functioning model at a fairly low price. Also very responsive, knowledgeable and considerate service from Rick. Surely I'd recommend RSM to anyone who experiences computer problems.

I just had to thank Rick for his personal and honest approach when I bought a DELL Venue tablet from him recently. It was advertised on Gumtree at a very fair price but as I lived three hundred miles away pickup was not an option, a few emails and a phone call from him later to explain who he was and what I was buying I went ahead and paid by Paypal. The tablet arrived a few days later securely packaged, Rick had installed Win 10 with all the updates and drivers, nothing to do except sign in to your accounts. Rick takes time to deal with you personally and give a first class service, very rare these days. I would have no hesitation in buying from him again should I require anything in the future. Ed.

Richard at RSM computers provides the PC and backup services that bigger companies can only dream of. Bought 2 x refurbished PC's and and upgraded another with his company. The minor problems that I inadvertently created were rectified free of charge as well. Check out his special builds.
