I live in a ground floor flat, had a leak in my flat from the flats above. My entire flat was ruined I had just purchased, redecorated and moved in after 12 months the leak caused damaged. I was recommended SA by friends the service was fantastic from start to finish. The claim took months however the stress was taken away by SA they did all the calls, emails and reports. Kept me updated at every stage. I am now repairing my flat, thank you so much Darren.

We had a leak and put in a claim through our insurance and Darren from SA Loss Assessors was recommended to me to handle the claim as the leak I had was quite huge. Darren came round promptly and did his checks and said he will take the claim on and he really took all the stress off the paperwork and speaking to the Insurance company along with the insurance company loss adjuster. He did an excellent job at negotiating with the insurance company and got me the payout that was needed to fix everything up whereas if I had done this on my own I probably would have accepted the figure that was put forward without any negotiation. I would recommend Darrent to anyone who has a claim and wants the stress taken away with dealing with the insurance company or loss adjuster. Darren will also go out of his way to help with anything else that may be needed. .

Darren managed to complete an ongoing insurance claim (that was causing us untold stress and frustration) in just 3 months from coming on board. He is simply brilliant and we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, expertise and reassuring nature.

I don’t usually write reviews , but it would be a crime if I didn’t give Darren the praise he deserves. I usually stay away from claim companies but after reading already glowing reviews online, I took a punt. I had a burst water pipe and had extensive damage. I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere with my insurance company so I asked Darren to take over. He was extremely professional throughout and kept me informed of any progress that was being made. I had a flood when builders replacing a bathroom failed to secure a tap joint in the new bathroom and my builder was not actioning the problem as quickly as they should and I was becoming very concerned.
