Tommy has been doing lots of jobs for us over the past year. He has fitted new windows and replacing external doors for us in our stable block which are now perfect. There’s not much I reckon he couldn’t sort and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again he is reliable and likes things done properly. If you want him you’ll need to book in quick as he’ll be busy at our place again this year.

First time using Tommy. He did all turnkey services to allow the removal of a structural wall and insertion of RSJ then finished of all cosmetic works. Turned up every day on time, quality of work is exceptional. Very nice professional guy. Don't hesitate, get him booked up for all your jobs. You wont regret it.

Tommy lifted and relayed my patio which had become very uneven. He has relayed the slabs and I now have a perfectly flat patio. Just wish he'd found a way to stop the weeds returning. ? .

We've had Tommy out for a couple of jobs; first to move a kitchen unit and replace some plumbing, the second time to remove a partition wall and redo the plumbing, wiring and flooring in that room. On both occasions we found him to be very professional and easy to work with and were more than happy with the quality of the work and his advice and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Tommy has completed work for me now over a number of years from fitting full bathrooms to decorating, leaking pipes and more. He is reliable, explains exactly what is required and I know he will do every job properly. He is highly skilled and will take on jobs which other tradesmen have refused as they have been too tricky or perhaps too small. I can’t recommend enough.

A bathroom leak (under bath) was becoming a nightmare, as each time the bath was used water pooled under the bath and leaked through the floor, damaging the ceiling directly below. Prior to Tommy from SCPS attending, I had begun to lose faith in tradesmen (four in total for the same problem). They each gave conflicting advice and attempted to fix the problem but unfortunately it remained unresolved. Tommy from SCPS was highly recommended by a friend who had recently had some work done and knew I now needed someone trustworthy. I can't thank her or Tommy enough! In just one visit Tommy immediately identified the problem, showing me exactly where and why the water was escaping (waste pipe sitting directly onto the floor and any weight in the bath would force water to leak from this area) This had never been mentioned by the other tradesmen. Tommy explained fully what would be required to fix the issue, the costings and also the timeframe for completion. The work was carried out exactly as outlined but with a little extra touch, he also replaced the silicon around the bath that the previous workman had completely botched. I'm glad to say that the issue is now completely resolved. Tommy was extremely professional throughout the whole process and I am genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Tommy came out to do a few jobs in our garden and cannot recommend enough his work to detail and friendly advise helped us with getting our garden and concrete base completed quickly and to high standard.

The price I got was the price I paid, even though there were a couple of things that went off plan and scope, Tommy included that in his price. The work carried out was like he was doing it for himself, no corners cut. Regular updates were given and we are so happy we have given details to others and will certainly use Tommy again.

Recently had a hole in my roof which I called Tommy asking him to look at tge problem. He was available within 15 mins of calling, came and abke to locate the hole in the roof. He is always very professional and will text/phone back. Quotes are there within a couple of hours which is great. Wld recommend highly and have even passed his details on already!

Recently had central heating repaired and upgraded, also new toilet and vanity unit fitted in our en suite. Work done to high standard at reasonable cost. When we had a problem following work being finished Tommy was available by text almost right away with advice and came out over a weekend to fix problem. Has done very satisfactory jobs for various other family members. We would not hesitate to recommend SCPS.

Would highly recommend. Tommy stabilised and rebuilt part of my garden wall - a job several other contractors wouldn't take on - he then rough cast and harrled the entire wall, The work was carried out to a high standard, he even removed a section he wasn't happy with and started again. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of the job and the price was exactly what had been quoted at the start. Despite some truly awful weather the job was carried out in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely use him again.

Tommy is very skilled and knowledgeable, he provided a quote before hand so we knew costs before proceeding. We contacts SCPS for a replacement landing balustrade job. Work carried out to high standard and cleaned up after job. I would definitely use SCPS for further works around the house. Pleased to find a trustworthy skilled tradesmen we can use again.

Had a leaking shower and turns out it was the valve at fault and scps done a great job of getting it fixed. Professionaly, promptly and at a good price too. Will defiantly use again.

Tommy did a great job I had an open plan from hall to living room wanted it closed off with full wall and door did a fantastic job in between me working worked around me for times etc and very reasonable price would definitely recommend to others very tidy always cleaned up after finished first class service.
