Shaun and his team are a joy to work with. From start to finish they provide the right mix of inspiration, practical advice, excellent product choices, experience and support. We wanted a bespoke kitchen, because of our very specific design ideas. Shaun was able take our ideas, work with us to adjust, look at options and then visualise them. The choices of finish, worktops, taps, sinks, handles, tiles etc seems overwhelming, but Shaun guided us through them, so that they all compliment each other to achieve a kitchen beyond our original design. The fitting team is second to none, so professional. Our great kitchen could have been ruined at this stage, but Shaun's recommendations of fitters and tiler finished it off. Needless to say I would recommend Shaun in a heartbeat.

The Project included totally stripping out the old kitchen, design, installation and decoration of the new one. We recently had our kitchen remodelled by Shaun and his team and I can't recommend them highly enough. Shaun's industry knowledge was second to none, and he really listened to our requirements. We were very impressed by his in-house interior designer Sam, who really helped us pull together the finishing touches in a way we wouldn't have been able to do ourselves. Communication throughout the project was brilliant, and Cath in the office kept us informed every step of the way. The finished product looks fantastic - a massive thank you to everyone involved!

I contacted Shaun following an advertisement that I saw in the Really Useful Directory. Shaun provided us with an excellent service from our initial meeting with him. He was able to design a bathroom that met our requirements and his suggestions and ideas all met with our approval. Everything about Shaun’s design we liked and we are thrilled with the end product. Throughout the entire process, Shaun has been on hand to answer any queries and kept us updated daily with the movements of the contractors. All the contractors involved throughout the process were extremely professional and friendly and provided an excellent service. They were all extremely tidy and even laid down covering on the stair carpet to avoid any damage. I would thoroughly recommend Shaun and his team without reservation.

Shaun and his team's professionalism was evident throughout our entire project. The design consultation was informative and very collaborative, with excellent ideas fitting in with our requirements. The installation was carried out to the highest standard and all of the workmen were friendly, polite, tidy and courteous. The main fitter Chris was brilliant. We were kept fully informed at each stage of our installation and appraised of any additional work or costs promptly. The additional costs were only 2% over the quoted price, and for the majority of that we were given choices. Don't use this company if you want after service. We had a bathroom refurbished by this company. Shaun was excellent whilst the work was being carried out but now that faults are happening he doesn't want to know. We have also now found out that the shower he had put in for us is now discontinued and we are thinking he may have bought the item as a job lot and charged us the earth for it.

Shaun Davies Home Solutions installed new work surfaces, cooking appliances, sink and drainer and high grade tile flooring in my kitchen. I found them to be professional, committed and skilful. They completed the project on time and to my entire satisfaction.

The initial consultation from Shaun put us at ease in terms of the design and the intended quality of construction and materials. We needed to make a number of changes prior to work commencing and this was all absorbed without fuss by Shaun. The tradesmen who were involved in the construction were - to a man - competent, friendly and proud of the work. Throughout the project, Shaun remained engaged and responsive to our queries and clarifications. Using Shaun absolutely justified my selection of a locally based company. We're absolutely delighted with the finished en suite.

My husband and I had never been involved with building work before and were nervous when searching for a company to take on our rather large project of a new living/dining/kitchen and bathroom. We had bought our house purely to renovate and make into our dream home, therefore getting the detail spot on was important to us. Shaun Davies and his team understood this and we couldn't be happier with the outcome - even with the surprises that come with doing building work on a 1920s house. ! With Shaun managing the design and suppliers and his allocated team doing the work under his management, all bases were covered. Shaun remained in contact with us throughout the two months and was able to keep my Project Manager husband happy with his updates - not an easy task! Special thanks should be given to Chris who hand built such a beautiful kitchen and always had a smile on his face throughout the work. Chris is a definite asset to Shaun's team. I was comfortable leaving the team in our home unattended and it was a pleasure to be in their company too - very polite, hard working and fun gents. Thank you very much :).

Shaun carried out a kitchen redesign and bathroom upgrades at my house. Can't praise him and his team enough - especially Chris who carried out the majority of the work. The process was smooth from start to finish. No issues at all. As we werent living at the property at the time, Chris had a key and kept the place very clean and tidy throughout the work. It was so lovely to come to the house every few days and be amazed at the transformation. I now have a beautiful kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms throughout the house. Shaun is not the cheapest around but the quality of products and workmanship really shows. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and would happily use him again in the future.

Shaun and his team carried out a complete refurbishment of my dilapidated kitchen. This involved stripping out the entire existing kitchen including all units, flooring and the ceiling. Shaun’s team of skilled specialists undertook every aspect of the project from plastering, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, decorating and of course the installation of the kitchen itself. The work was undertaken to such a high standard that Shaun’s team has since refurbished my hallway, downstairs WC, landing and spare bedroom. Communication was generally easy, and I was able to pay in 2 or 3 stages to make things easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and his team.

To say I was apprehensive of having such a large job carried out in my home was an understatement, in part due to the many bad experiences over the years. Thanks to Seans constant reassurance, attention to detail, abundance of patience and good humour along with the outstanding workmanship of his team, I needn't have been. I now have a new kitchen and bathroom that I absolutely love and is the envy of countless friends (one of whom has signed you up I believe) Thank you all so much. Especially Shaun and Chris. Our 2-3 week bathroom installation by Shaun Davies took 49 days of lies, arguments, sleepless nights and tears. There are still unresolved issues which he will not fix until we pay in full, which obviously we are not going to do until we are satisfied. This is the last threatening email Shaun Davies sent to us. Mark Let me start by saying what a dispicable, manipulative, dishonest and deceitful individual you are. I welcome all feedback from customers, it's very valuable. Your feedback however is as worthless as your word. My opinion is shared by every single contractor that had the displeasure to work at your property. 5 people can't be wrong can they? Gary is the exception I should add to be completely honest. It's only there level of professionalism that stopped each and every one of them from walking off your job a long time ago. Congratulations Mark, I have never witnessed such a situation in almost 7 years of trading. Feel free to keep the balance you never intended to pay from day one, I'm not even remotely surprised. I quite frankly don't want or need your money. Both your labour and product guarantee are completely void. If I do find the time and inclination I should advise you that the debt will be handed to Creditsafe to deal with. All proceeds received will go to charity. In the meantime, If you decide to publicly air your lies and distorted opinions in any form I will escalate this situation to another level Mark. I believe you run a small business of sorts yoursel, therefor you will obviously understand my protectiveness against malicious untruths that I'm sure you actually believe which is quite worrying. Shaun and his team have transformed our bedroom and bathroom into stunning, modern rooms and we are thrilled. Shaun was great in the design stage - listening to requirements and presenting some impressive plans. The team who came to carry out the work were absolutely fantastic. Highly skilled, extremely hardworking and all so cheerful and friendly. Shaun came to our house almost every day to check progress and monitor quality. Shaun and his team have recently completed an extensive kitchen refurbishment involving a complex knock through and a completely updated bathroom. This is the only time I have placed an on line review but felt compelled to do so after such fantastic service and the quality of finish the guys provided. The knock through was particularly difficult as the previous builder had left the back end of our house largely unsupported due to insufficient beam size. This was picked up by Shaun and confirmed by a structural surveyor. Shaun and the team handled this setback with ease and total professionalism thank goodness. Shaun’s advice, constant feedback/updates and honest approach really did make the difference. The overall project management and scheduling could not be faulted and is really what made the difference being a busy professional myself. All the guys were fantastic, particularly Chris who worked liked an absolute trooper to keep the project on track and never failed to offer advise where required and assurance where necessary. Nothing was too much trouble. We were slightly over budget at the end but with almost 4 days of extra work added due to structural defects we can’t complain. Shaun and his team have done a very good job installing a new kitchen for me. Despite my absence for most of the time, they got on with the job including dealing with damaged goods, wrong parts and missing bits from other suppliers. I also had a new central heating boiler installed as part of the re-fit, which was dealt with very efficiently by the gas fitter/plumber on Shaun’s team. The electrics in the old kitchen were not up to today’s standards so the electrician advised and quoted before he started work. I am pleased with all the work that has been carried out and would certainly recomend them and will employ Shaun again should I need to.

We are extremely pleased with how our new kitchen looks just need to keep it clean and tidy now! Shaun was spot on with his design and delivery putting up patiently with our indecisiveness and gently advising where we were unable to make a decision. The main project was completed and delivered to the estimated time schedule although the finishing touches did take a little longer. All of the tradesman were lovely, polite, tidy and helpful with a special mention to Andy and Nick for putting up with my endless questions and queries! Shaun was always responsive keeping us updated and responding when needed and I would have no hesitation in recommending home solutions as a company.

We chose Shaun Davies Home Solutions in the hope that an independent would provide a better level of service than some of our close friends had recently received from some of the larger more well known companies out there. I'm pleased to say our expectations were more than met. From start to finish the service we received was thoroughly professional, nothing was too much trouble and Shaun ran the whole project, which lasted 7 weeks (as forecast), with military precision and we were kept informed every step of the way. No mean feat I'm sure as we had 2 ensuites created alongside a top to bottom bathroom refurbishment, kitchen/diner knock through with new kitchen and a study/office for my husband and children. We ordered fitted bathroom furniture from Shaun Davies Home Solutions. The sole reason for placing the order with one company was to avoid problems ordering with manufacturers and have a local supplier who would take responsibility for the whole project. As a project, the delivery was haphazard, some bits arrived on time, some didn't, we were kept waiting for weeks for things to be finished, we had to take on the project management essentially. However the worst thing was quality, when we raised issues over quality, we were basically ignored which meant we paid over the odds for a job we could have ordered from the manufacturers ourselves.
