We had our soffits and fascias replaced in January along with complete guttering and down pipe renewal. As an extra, we had the existing wood of a "Tudor type" feature removed and replaced with a new plastic material. The result is very impressive and we are very pleased. The fitters were excellent. They were cheerful and efficient and the site was left clean. Three months later after some heavy rainfall we have no complaints.

New fascias and guttering which are now leaking in 4 places, Simply Roofline simply refuse to answer your emails and do not contact you to come back and repair problems despite ringing you to see if you are happy with the work. All work looks great but after sales needs improving as water is pouring all over the conservatory roof and making decking lethal and email address is not working.

Having previously had our fascias etc. Replaced by Simply Roofline they were our first choice when we needed to replace our front door. After being visited by Matt to take the measurements and choose our door design an appointment was made for the fitting. The fitters arrived this morning did a brilliant job with no mess at all and the door looks great. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sales rep turned up when he said and within half hour we had a qoute with no pressure we accepted. Adate was arranged and the chaps turned up when they said and were here for 2 days and cleaned up on both days with no mess and took all rubbish with them job quality is very good thank you all.

Simply Roofline replaced our fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes and fitted uPVC cladding to a Dorma window surround about one month ago…We'd always found their sales rep's to be pleasant and not pushy at all when cold calling in the area, so after obtaining a rough estimate a couple of years ago we always planned on considering them to do the work when we were ready to have the work done. So when they came around in the new year we arranged an estimate within the same week. The surveyor arrived on time, measured up, explained the materials to be used and the guarantees, what the installation involved and calculated the price. He was friendly, efficient and not pushy at all. He just gave us the price without going round the houses (pardon the pun) with "if you sign today" or "just let me speak to my manager" that you sometimes get with other companies! In fact we did have a quote from another company a few weeks earlier who still ended up quoting around 25% more even after the spiel! We were then told that the work would likely be carried out in 4-6 weeks, but in fact ended up being in only about 3 weeks. We were told that the job might take 4 days, but was actually finished in 3. The 3 installation engineers were polite, friendly and hard working and worked in near freezing temperatures. They cleared up any mess they made and did an excellent job which we are very pleased with. We didn't have to pay a single penny until the job was complete and we were happy with everything too. The quotation was carried out quickly, no pressure and there was no deposit required. The work was carried out by 3 guys who were very good, they worked very hard and left the place clean and tidy. I would recommend Simply Roofline with any hesitation, in fact, I already have done so, so nice to deal with a genuine company.

Although'cold' called Micheal was polite, informative and brief, leaving me with leaflet and information. Jamie visited and provided all the information with quotation with no pressure to 'sign up' immediately. The fitters did a 2 day fit and were prompt, helpful and tidy. Simply Roofline replaced all my fascias, soffits,gutters and down-pipes on my house and detached garage. The sales process was completely without pressure, the price was within my expectation and the sales contract was in simple to understand plain English. I was delighted not to have to pay an upfront deposit. The fitting team arrived on time and did a very neat and thorough job. They worked in terrible weather conditions but in a very tidy manner and without any disruption to our routine. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Simply roofline have carried out an excellent job from start to finish. The salesman who visited initially explained everything and gave us time to consider everything. I have recently had guttering, fascias, soffits renewed, the house looks superb and have to say I was very impressed by the work carried out from the sales person who explained throughly about the products. I had my facsias and gutters replaced by simplyroofline in one day. We are really happy with all the work and the house looks really good.

Excellent service. No pressure sales with honest pricing. The team that carried out the work did a brilliant job and tidied up after themselves. All in all very happy.

Very professional installation service, completed to agreed timescale and budget. Only one minor criticism, when cleaning up on completion please ensure all used nails are discarded. I had three quotes before choosing Simply Roofline and i am pleased to say i made the right choice, the installation team were very professional and tidy the products were of the highest standards, i got my old wooden fascias and soffits totally replaced and it looks fantastic.
